Just heard the opening track, "Afraid". It's awesome! I'm definitely gonna have to pick up a copy of this.
EDIT: After hearing/sampling the entire album...OMG. This is an amazing hip-hop flavoured pop album with shades of 80s-influence. A lot of the songs are well-textured and is unlike anything she's ever released so far.
Those worried that this is an hip-hop affair shouldn't worry so much. "Promiscuous" sounds like the most hip-hop leaning track on the album. Even though a lot of album is driven by heavy beats and basslines, Nelly adds her own flare to it to make it more 'multicultural'.
I noticed very 80s-influenced beats/synths on some tracks like "Glow" and "Do It", which could've sat alongside tracks off of Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B.
"In God's Hands" is a gorgeous ballad. It starts off with soft keyboards, but guitar and piano come straight into the mix. Probably the most organic song on the album.
A solid beat-driven pop album.

You can hear the whole thing on MTV's The Leak.
I love Glow and Say It Right.

I got my advance copy of the album today, so as soon as I'm finished at work, I'll give it a listen and let you know what I think.

I'm still really keen on hearing the album version of 'Maneater'. Can't seem to find it anywhere!

Here's a review from Slant magazine.
I sort of have to agree with the reviewer. This could've been a full-blow dance-pop album if the few ballads were left off.
