My rankings this week: 1. Anthony 2. Carrie 3. Bo 4. Vonzell Here are mine: 1. Bo 2. Vonzell 3. Carrie 4. Anthony Bo had the best performances of the night for sure. Vonzell had a shaky first performance, but I think her 2nd performance pulled through and made up for it. Carrie was Carrie. She'll make it to the final 2 with the type of fanbase she has. I thought her 2nd song was horrible though. Anthony's version of the same song was better than Carrie's, but not by much. He has got to go. If he sticks around, I'll be extremely disappointed. I don't know if it's just me but there's something about him that's not quite right. And I can't seem to figure it out. Maybe it's his song selections...

Did you guys hear about why Vonzell had her breakdown? It wasn't for sympathy votes! Her #1 fan, an 11-year-old little girl with cancer, passed away. It was the same little girl that came to see her. It's very sad. Anyway, I guess I'm biased, but I think Vonzell was the best last night. I agree with Randy, she started off a bit shaky on the first performance, but she brought it back. And her second performance was mind-blowing! Carrie was good last night. Anthony was also good. Bo...I still am not impressed by him. He screams, not sings. Also, did you guys hear that there was an issue with Carrie's number? The numbers posted for the hearing impaired were all Carrie's number. Dunno how they'll fix that. But I still want to know - why the hell are deaf people voting on a singing competition? Anyway, I'm hoping Anthony leaves, but I wouldn't be surprised if anyone left. I'd love to see Carrie go, because it would be a big surprise, but I don't know the likelihood of that. Twenty more minutes 'til she show is on! ;D

Why are deaf people voting? I suppose if they aren't allowed to vote, there'd be lawsuits galore, but come on...they are DEAF! (no offense, to deaf people).

I thought tonight would be the "what if" night, when the best person goes home. But, thats certianly not the case!

American Idol is rigged, to a point. They (the producers and stuff) probably pick who goes home and who stays, but I believe that they would listen to the fans to see who would be most marketable, who they like the most, etc.

And if it is rigged, they have done a great job in hiding that, kudos to them!

If they're going based on who's marketable, then Vonzell should win it, hands down.
Carrie is going to try and break country radio, and it's not gonna happen. And then they're going to try and have her cross over to pop, but it's still not gonna happen. HOT FLOP!
Bo is going to try and break rock radio, but they're not going to give him the light of day. He might manage a hit or two on Pop, but after that, "Bo who?" HOT FLOP!
Vonzell can make good R&B music, driven by her vocals. She can chart on R&B and cross over onto Pop. She's the only one who has any success in her future.
So if it's rigged on how well you can be marketed, Vonzell should be the winner, cos the other two are gonna be forgettable.

I agree about Bo, and Vonzell, but not Carrie. I think Carrie could break into country radio, she has the voice to do it. As far as pop goes, I can see her attempting crossovers, but not being extremely successful. I think she can get some hits on country, though.

Whoa, they chose the wrong week to let Anthony go. He was the best on Tuesday! The other 3 had 1 strong perforance, and 1 weak performance. Anthony had 2 solid performances!!! Based on Tuesday, I think Vonzell should've gone home, but I want Bo gone regardless.
Anyway, I was in Ft Myers these last few days where Vonzell is from. They interviewed her mother and she said what happened was the family got to go to LA and were supposed to spend time with her the night before, pump her up, etc... which isn't uncommon, but at the last minute, the Idol producers told her she couldn't go and she was very upset about that.
Vonzell is going home next week.

the top 4 are pretty rubbish. the one with the long hair is terrible, the country one is pathetic and the young one isn't terribly flash either.

I think the final 3 this season are the best.
First season, that curly-haired guy was in the top 3, didn't like him at all. Year 2, Ruben was in the top 3, didn't like him at all. Last year, it was Fantasia, she was ok, but not that good. I like the top 3 this year, and would buy any one of their records.
