TW LW Artist "Song" 30 -- V.I.P. "Past Ten Lovers" 29 19 INXS (introducing J.D. Fortune) "Pretty Vegas" 28 -- Pussycat Dolls Featuring Will.I.Am "(Beep)" 27 27 Bo Bice "The Real Thing" 26 29 Ashlee Simpson "L.O.V.E." 25 18 Alanis Morissette "Crazy" 24 -- KT Tunstall "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree" 23 -- Pink "Stupid Girls" 22 22 Cascada "Every Time We Touch" 21 21 Saving Jane "Girl Next Door" 20 25 H.I.M. "Wings of a Butterfly" 19 23 Madonna "Sorry" 18 15 Faith Evans "Mesmerized (Remix)" 17 20 Kelly Clarkson "Walk Away" 16 13 Madonna "Hung Up" 15 17 Natasha Bedingfield "Unwritten" 14 16 Santana Featuring Steven Tyler "Just Feel Better" 13 12 All-American Rejects "Dirty Little Secret" 12 14 James Blunt "You're Beautiful" 11 09 Pussycat Dolls "Stickwitu" 10 07 Chris Brown "Run It" 09 10 Beyonce Featuring Slim Thug "Check on It" 08 11 The Fray "Over My Head (Cable Car)" 07 05 Nelly Featuring Paul Wall "Grillz" 06 08 Nickelback "Animals" 05 04 Lifehouse "Blind" 04 06 Madonna "Jump" 03 03 Ne-Yo "So Sick" 02 01 Fall Out Boy "Dance, Dance" 01 02 Rob Thomas "Ever the Same"
With "Sorry" breaking the Top 20, Madonna's achievement of three songs charting at once can now be fairly compared to Frankie J's back in 2003 (when the chart was still Top 20). Actually, one could say that hers is worth more than his, since her three placements are all in her own right (and one of his was as the guest on "Suga Suga").

Great moves for Madonna, Beyonce, James Blunt, Natasha and H. I. M.! Nice debuts for the Pussycats, V. I. P. and Pink! I probably telegraphed a VIP debut when I asked for the MP3 earlier in the week...but actually, I was going to keep Stonebridge on the chart for one last week (they would have fallen 24-30). Then I listened to "Past Ten Lovers" a few times and changed my mind. I have a feeling that we'll be seeing all four of this week's debuts in the Top 10 at some point down the line. I haven't felt that good about a whole group of debuts in a while.
