Howdy, y'all!
It's time for another exciting edition of Dan's Top 20. Well, it's not quite "exciting," but I sure happen to enjoy it! If you can believe it, 2006 makes my 9th year of charting! That's insane! But hey, I enjoy it (and y'all obviously do, too. Geeks unite!)
Fall Out Boy easily claim a second week at number one, but they still have Sugarland hot on their heels. It always seems that in the first few months of a year, there's a country song that manages to do some damage on Dan's Top 20. Last year it was Gretchen Wilson. This year it's Sugarland. And damn, do I ever love them!
Look for a lot of early spring cleaning over the next few weeks, as many of our older songs like "She Says" and "The Mixed Tape" begin to find their way off the chart in favor of songs like this week's 2 debuts.
Oh, and yay! My damn table came back this week. So hooray.
