Chartaholics, holla! This week James Blunt finds himself in very rare company: He spends a bulleted fourth week atop the DJF40. As I mentioned last week, only Justin Timberlake and Tyler Hilton have managed five weeks atop the heap. Yet, James is poised to join JT and TyHi next week. Meanwhile, The Click Five spend a fourth bulleted week at #2. Will they ever have a chance at #1? At the very least, they do seem destined for a very unusual fifth week at #2. Dreams of #1 have fallen by the wayside for Eurythmics and Simon Webbe, so ... if TC5 don't take #1 next, my bet is on Ari Gold. He's been on the chart for just three weeks and is already #6. Stay tuned, Chartfans, and start the nailbiting. Well, not literally; biting your nails is just plain disgusting. In order to check out the three debuts and the "Greatest Gainer," please visit my personal chart website. The link is most cleverly listed underneath my soulDecision banner. Thanks, as always, for stopping by. Have a spectacularly sensational week, Gang!

Outstanding to see Madge top 5! I hope she grabs #1 next and denies Click Five! Great moves elsewhere for Fall Out Boy & All American Rejects.

I dunno about Madge's chances for #1 with "Sorry," given the competition breathing down her neck in the form of Ari Gold's "Wave of You." I guess time will tell, eh? ;D Thanks, as always, for stopping by!

Happy to see Simon still going up, good for Alanis too and nice to see Shakira inching up as well I feel a lil' bit guilty that you have praised me for two tracks (Simon and Shakira) that have lost their bullets! And ... although Alanis still holds onto a bullet, she is probably going to run out of steam before being able to crack top five. However, they're still good tunes, even if they don't end up at #1! Thanks, as always, for popping in!

(BTW, did you see the post from JessieLou in which she referred to you as "Billy"? I think you should invoke your admin. privileges to ban her for a month for that! ) The Meck/Sayer ditty is sinfully delicious; there was no way I could hold off that debut. The Teddster has been slow to grow on me, but it finally clicked this past week.

Were you James Blunt in a past-life? LOL, thought I'd say that.
Click Five should get #1 next week. They've waited too long.

Awesome seeing "Sorry" in the Top 5 already. I would love to see it hit number one, but I think "Waves of Gold" will get there first.

Were you James Blunt in a past-life? LOL, thought I'd say that. Hmmm ... That's an interesting question, Michael! After mulling this over, I've decided that ... no, I've never been James Blunt before. However, I am feeling very much like I've been Tyler Hilton or Ryan Cabrera, seeing as I'm just incredibly perky-cute like they are. Well, I think they are going to change their name to "Week Five," as in "Five weeks at #2." How does that old saying go? Always a bridesmaid, never a bride?

I dunno about "Waves of Gold," but what about Ari Gold's "Wave of You"? (Remember, Craig, I can get away with that because I'm impishly charming. ) Thanks for stopping by, mon ami!

Hi David J! Did you happen to catch the James Blunt re-run of SNL last night? Or was that past your bed time, old man? Nice to see Madonna's latest so high already! Somebody's staying true to their roots (and I don't mean Madonna!) Nice to see FOB jumping up the chart. They're just insanely catchy. I should hook you up with some Panic! You'd enjoy them too, I think. Hey look! The All-American Rejects! Now we just have to get you caught up with their current track, David J! Yo! Ne-Yo! Kick-ass track there! Nice to see jumps from Beyoncé and Relient K, and a kick-ass debut from Heather Headley. Now I've gotta get you hooked up with some Hedley. Damn, David J! You're making me work so hard today!
