A few weeks ago it looked like Mariah would be climbing into the #1 spot, but you know what they say, what goes up must come down. “Don’t Forget About Us” stalls at the #2 spot for the third week in a row. It’s the PCD’s who are in the top spot, that’s where they will most likely be, at least for another week or two. ;DWhile we think Mariah has what it takes with this song, the PCD’s song is still a little more popular. Although Beyonce enters the top 5, we don’t think she will take this one to #1. It will most likely get to #2 or #3. We can tell you there is a good chance there will be a new #1 in a few weeks. There is so much great stuff that is climbing the charts, but who could knock the PCD’s out of the top spot? You will have to wait and see. Also can the All American Rejects score a top 5 hit and Kelly and Kanye could be falling fast soon.
Taking a look at the rest of the chart we had three debuts the highest was by Julez Santana called “There It Go (The Whistle Song).” It’s in at #37. Our biggest mover for the week was by, Eminem called “When I’m Gone.” It climbs from 21 to 15 this week. It’s up six more spots, way to go ;DSo are you looking for some fresh music? Here’s our Pat’s Top 40 hot pick of the week. This is where we will pick a new song that we will think will hit the charts and we think it’s a song to watch for. This week were going to tell you about a few new songs that are out. First off there is a hot new group out called Ne-Yo. You gotta hear this new song called “So Sick.” Be looking for Carlos Santana and Steven Tyler from Aerosmith to team up on the hit “Just Feel Better.” Also look for new stuff from Gwen, Goo Goo Dolls and more to hit the charts soon. ;D
Well have to go and work on the site. You never know who will be #1 so keep checking back with us.Check back every week when we countdown the 40 biggest hits in the USA right here on Pat’s Top 40. Talk with you soon. ;D
