I'll be honest, I was too much of a wuss to start a thread on my debut album Take Me As I Am. It came out in November, and while I am proud of it, I do feel like it was a rush release - four singles came out before it ("Identity Crisis" in April, "Let's Pretend There's No Pandemic" and "Left On Read" in July, and "The Culture Has Changed" in October), so by the time the album came out there were only four new songs, and one of them - the Julian-penned "My Opinion" - ended up being the fifth single. I was going to take a break from releasing music, but in December I got the creative bug again and started writing what is now going to be my second album, Love Is Blind, which will be out on April 29th. Love Is Blind is a concept album about an emotionally abusive relationship that I was in during my late teens/early 20s. I have each track in order, with track 1 being about my having a crush on this guy, and the final tracks being about our breakup and the aftermath of it. Writing and recording it was very therapeutic and I got A LOT of shit off my chest. The album cover: 1. 1,000 Miles Away 2. Jealousy 3. Brooklyn Boy 4. Stripped 5. Donβt Talk To Me On Sunday 6. 02.05.2011 7. I Wish I Was Beautiful 8. Two Of Us 9. Trophy 10. The Breakup/The Aftermath 11. Karma Is A... 12. The Sense Of Worth All songs written by me, except "Karma Is A..." was written by Julian, and "The Sense Of Worth" was written by me and co-written by Julian. Every song was produced by Pipa and co-produced by me, except "Karma Is A...", which was produced by Pipa and co-produced by Julian. First single "02.05.2011":
