51. This one-hit dance artist from the UK had a #40 hit for me in 2006, which featured a singer/actress who died in 2009.
50. This top 5 pop hit by a Canadian band shares its title with a #1 of mine from 2017.
49. The second pop top 40 appearance by a hip-hop/R&B singer from Virginia; after this, she had 2 consecutive pop top 10's, also in the Bengino era.
48. This band from California already had 2 songs crash out; this one is their only pop hit to not make top 40.
47. #3 pop hit by an Australian singer who had a #3 hit for me earlier in 2018.
46. The earliest of 3 Bengino hits by a singer who later had several hits on the country format which failed to make pop.
45. The first pop #1 by this rap group, who followed up with another #1, and then a #5, but never charted again.
44. One-hit dance-pop song that was #1 in many countries, but not the US.
43. The earlier of 2 pop #1's (and the only one which is Bengino) by an R&B singer from New York.
42. Of her 9 pop #1's, it's the only one that is Bengino; she had only one #1 for me, in December 2010, but made my top 10 many times.
41. He was murdered on June 28, 1914.
40. I was shocked to discover in late 2017 that this song's release had nothing to do with the tragedy of September 11, 2001; its timing was purely coincidental.
39. The only pop hit by the co-writer of a Stacie Orrico song which charted at exactly the same time.
38. This band has another song in this same set; this one failed to make the top 30, and debuted on pop on the earliest possible week which qualifies as Bengino.
37. This rap group had 4 pop appearances, all of which were Bengino; this was the most successful of all by far, and the only one to even make top 20.
36. This band also had an appearance earlier this set; it was much more successful during the Bengino era, but did have several minor pop hits later. This is the latest of their 4 qualifying songs.
35. My favorite single by a band from the UK whose first and only pop #1 was also its first and only #1 for me.

Simple Plan - Welcome To My Life? 35. Coldplay - Clocks? All are correct except #36. It is Simple Plan, but Welcome To My Life is barely ineligible, having been #98 on my very first chart. That leaves only one possibility.

Don't Wanna Think About You? I keep forgetting this one since it's from a soundtrack and not any of their studio albums

46. Sheryl Crow - Soak Up The Sun? Soak Up The Sun indeed fits the clue, although it crashed out in the last set at #55 The singer in question was born in Utah, and had her first pop hit about 2 years after Sheryl Crow.

That also leaves just #37. One of the members of the group had a few hits on his own, including one with Bow Wow that was a #1 for me in 2005.
