Which artists have had the longest streak of #1's, at least one in a given year?
For me, it seems like 3 years is the most. Simon Curtis had #1's in 2009, 2010 and 2011, while Bright Light Bright Light had #1's in 2012, 2013, and 2014.

Christina Aguilera 6 years (1999-2004)
This kinda surprised me, but since most artists who have multiple #1's had a year without in there...
Runners-up:
Maroon 5 5 years (2010-2014)
Kate Voegele 5 years (2008-2012)
Alyssa Reid 5 years (2012-2016)

For me:
7 Years Madonna: 1989 - 1995
6 Years Janet Jackson: 1993 - 1998 R. Kelly: 1996 - 2001
5 Years Jay-Z: 2000 - 2004 Mary J. Blige: 1996 - 2000 Soda Stereo: 1987 - 1991 Virus: 1985 - 1989
4 Years Mariah Carey: 1991 - 1994 Pet Shop Boys: 1986 - 1989 Roxette: 1989 - 1992
I was surprised that Pet Shop Boys didn't have more consecutive years. Their first #1 was in 1986, their last in 2016. That's 31 years, including 19 years where they had a least one #1, but never more than 4 years in a row.

Celine Dion has 5 and 7.
'96, '97, '98, '99, '00, and '02, '03, '04, '05, '06, '07, '08
She only missed 2001 for me, where I think she only had a French single out.
