Kate Voegele is the only one who has done this for me. In 2009, "99 Times" replaced "Manhattan From The Sky" at #1.
EDIT: Kelly Clarkson has now done it - "Someone" replaced "Dance With Me" at #1.

2003: Delta Goodrem snared a week on top with "Predictable" before "Not Me Not I" returned there for it's seventh week on top. "Predictable" then took it back the next week.
2006: Fall Out Boy charted late for me with "Sugar We're Goin Down" and it was still on top until "Dance Dance" replaced it there.
2010: John Mayer nabbed a week on top with "Heartbreak Warfare" before that track (and the album) made me finally love "Who Says" which took over for the next two weeks. "Heartbreak Warfare" then replaced that and notched up another five weeks.
2010: The Temper Trap eventually got there with "Sweet Disposition" 30 weeks into its run, just late enough to end up being replaced by "Love Lost".
2010: Brandon Flowers had a lengthy run on top with "Crossfire", long enough that it was still on top to be replaced by the second single "Only The Young".
2011: The Naked And Famous got there late with "Girls Like You" and next single "All Of This" replaced it straight after.
2012: Fun dominated with "Some Nights" and it had a third stint on top late in its run, late enough that next single "Carry On" took over.
2014: The Gaslight Anthem released two simultaneous singles to launch their album and they both got a turn on top, with "Get Hurt" going first and being replaced by "Rollin And Tumblin".

Doesn't happen a lot on mine, if at all. I can recall Stephanie McIntosh and Ashley Tisdale did this way back when, but most recently Cimorelli has done this. Just 6 shows ago, All My Friends Say hit #1, then You're Worth It had another 4@1 run [to extend their mark to 37@1 total, which is 18-19 weeks], and then their Bad Blood cover with The Johnsons took the top spot.

It's only happened once on my chart: In 1988, Bruce Springsteen replaced his album track "Tougher Than the Rest" with the third single from the "Tunnel of Love" album, "One Step Up." (The next week was even sweeter when Natalie Cole's remake of Springsteen's "Pink Cadillac" knocked Bruce out of the top.)
It may look like Michael Jackson had back-to-back No. 1's in 1983 with "Billie Jean" and "Beat It," but actually Toto's "I Won't Hold You Back," which was No. 1 before "Billie Jean" returned to the top for several weeks before "Beat It" took over.
Other artists have come close: Alicia Keys had only one week between her album cut duet with Beyonce, "Put It in a Love Song," and "Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart," and Sam Smith had only one week between the album track "Not in That Way" and his duet remix with Mary J. Blige on "Stay With Me."
