You got three out of five. The one you had incorrect was #102. Here are a few easier clues:
104) The song is by a musician who nowadays does not sing, but has other artists handle the vocals.
102) You are on the right track, as the song is by a female artist, who was heard from three times already and has two songs left to go.

YES!!
And now, as I'd hoped, we are entering the home stretch of the game - the Top 100 of the 00s. As you might expect, most of these were #1 hits, but there are a few of them that didn't quite make it. I'm not sure what the highest non-#1 song is, but I will tell you right now that we are indeed done with songs that didn't quite make the Top Ten (so there won't be any of them ranked up in the Top Five (a la Kris Kardashian).
100) A word that means slutty.
99) The breakthrough hit for possibly THE most successful artist of the late-00s and early '10s.
98) What a doctor does during a routine exam.
97) This song was the subject of many letters to AT40 in the summer of 2004.
96) This song featured a recurring horn solo that was reminiscent of "Fly Me To The Moon".
GOOD LUCK!!

Clean sweep again!
95) This song was the first Billboard #1 single by this former boyband frontman.
94) We got to see a certain part of Janet Jackson's anatomy, many of us for the first time, by the end of this song.
93) You join this song with the Spice Girls' final Top 20 entry and you get a big hit from 1978.
92) The awkward moment when your lady catches you doing housework with someone else...
91) A rock song from 2003 that has melodic similarities to "Breathe" by Faith Hill.
GOOD LUCK!!

Hey, another two in a row! Can we make a hat trick of a hat trick? (as I believe this would be your third triple clean sweep in this game) It is indeed possible!
90) This song was originally intended for Jessie J, but wasn't edgy enough for her, so it was passed to this then-16 year old artist.
89) One of two songs on this chart about a man who cheated on his gf and is desperately pleading for her to take him back. This song, which hit #1, has the same title as a previous #1.
88) This was this alternative rock band's first and so far only CHR #1 - it was bigger on the Hot AC chart, where it was the top song of its respective year.
87) You see lots of these on warm summer nights.
86) A song about being confused about how you feel about someone. The song is a duet between two acts that each go by one name.
GOOD LUCK!!

Three of those are correct. You got #89 incorrect (remember - the song has the same title as a previous #1. And I forgot to mention - the song is from the point of view of the girl).
#88 - very good guess, but not quite what I was looking for. This band had their first Top 40 hit in 1994.

You got all of those right except for #85. It's something that many people did to their draft cards during the Vietnam war.
Said movie in clue #83 starred Tyrese Gibson and Omar Gooding. Snoop Dogg also appeared in the movie.
