10. Little Willie John - Fever - don't really know it, honestly 9. Judy Garland - Over The Rainbow - the original is classic, though I do agree it's overdone... I like Israel Kamakawiwoʻole's version the best out of the covers 8. George Gershwin - Summertime - I'd say the best version would be Billie Holiday's version 7. Leonard Cohen - Hallelujah - as much as I like it, it is overdone... I especially like the Kate Voegele cover (of course!) 6. The Top Notes - Twist And Shout - IMO the Isley Brothers and the Beatles really did it the best, had no idea the Isley Brothers didn't do it first! 5. Richard Berry - Louie Louie - the Kingsmen version is definitive, and my favourite if only because it's impossible to understand! 4. John Lennon - Imagine - for me, the original is classic, and can never be topped 3. John Newton - Amazing Grace - I like the Judy Collins version the best myself 2. Frank Sinatra - My Way - another where the original is the best 1. Beatles - Yesterday - great song, and really, the original is another that is still the best

Add to that list a whole bunch of Christmas songs that have been covered through the years.
