OMG, that Andy Kim? "Rock Me Gently" is one of my all-time favorite songs ever, and it amazes me to think about the fact that it was THIRTY years ago that it went to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. I think Andy also cowrote "Sugar, Sugar" by the Archies, which was a huge hit in 1969 in the U.S. ... and was recently "interpolated" on Nitty's "Nasty Girl." I would love a link to hear what Andy sounds like 30 years on! ;D

"I Forgot To Mention" is more a subtle track perfect for Hot AC radio and you can really hear Ed Robertson's vocals. Andy's website is www.andykimmusic.com

Hey Scot,
Great chart, buddy. Seeing Gwen up top is great... and for you to get it there so quickly, it must be pretty good. Hell, I like it!
I'm also pleased to see Projet Orange up to #2. I actually just heard the song for the first time the other day, and it's awesome. If anybody unseats Gwen soon, I hope it's "Tell All Your Friends," and based on your praise for it, I'm sure it'll be the case!
There are a couple songs mid-chart that I'm not thrilled about *cough*ThatwasGREAT*cough*, but that's okay because Good Charlotte re-enters! Gotta say, "Predictable" isn't bad... I just got 'The Chronicles Of Life & Death,' and have a new appreciation for it.
As for my boy Andy Kim, gosh, how I love that man. I mean, you have "Rainbow Ride," "How'd We Ever Get This Way," "Shoot 'Em Up Baby," all his stuff with The Archies, and now he's back? I first heard "I Forgot To Mention" a couple months back, and just love it... It's Andy Kim, baby!
