It's a tie for me, but two albums have had 5 #1's each on my chart:
Kelly Clarkson - Breakaway (Breakaway, Since U Been Gone, Behind These Hazel Eyes, Because Of You, Walk Away) Kate Voegele - A Fine Mess (Manhattan From The Sky, 99 Times, Angel, Inside Out, Who You Are Without Me)
EDIT 2016: Kelly Clarkson also had five from "Piece By Piece": Heartbeat Song, Invincible, Dance With Me, Someone and Let Your Tears Fall.

Nickelback - Dark Horse (Gotta Be Somebody, If Today Was Your Last Day, Shkin' Hands, This Afternoon)
If my chart had started in 2005, I can safely say that All The Right Reasons would at least be tied with that mark.

It occurred to me earlier this year that my chart doesn't have many multiple #1s per album as I would have expected. There are plenty of albums with two #1s from them but going beyond that it's pretty rare. Only 8 albums have given three or more #1s on my The Max 100 chart. The following have had three #1s: - Lauryn Hill - The Miseducation Of *** (1998-99)
- Doo Wop (That Thing)
- Ex-Factor
- Everything Is Everything
- Dixie Chicks - Taking The Long Way *** (2006-07)
- Not Ready To Make Nice
- Voice Inside My Head
- The Long Way Around
- fun. - Some Nights ** (2012)
- We Are Young
- Some Nights
- Carry On
These ones have had four #1s each and are all "blockbuster" albums for me both chart-wise and with the amount I've listened to them. (that's the certification level next to the album) - Alanis Morissette - Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie ***** *** (1998-99)
- Thank U
- Unsent
- Joining You
- So Pure
- Chantal Kreviazuk - Colour Moving And Still ***** ***** ** (1999-00)
- Before You
- Dear Life
- Souls
- Far Away
- Avril Lavigne - Under My Skin **** (2004-05)
- Don't Tell Me
- My Happy Ending
- Nobody's Home
- Fall To Pieces
- KT Tunstall - Eye To The Telescope ***** * (2005-06)
- Black Horse And The Cherry Tree
- Under The Weather
- Suddenly I See
- Other Side Of The World
And the only album to get five #1s from it happened in the last year. And I didn't realize it until long after the fifth one happened. - Lady GaGa - Born This Way ***** *** (2011)
- Born This Way
- Judas
- Edge Of Glory
- You And I
- Marry The Night

Teenage Wrist holds the record with six #1s from Earth Is A Black Hole (Silverspoon, Earth Is A Black Hole, Taste Of Gasoline, Yellowbelly, Wear U Down and High Again). Two more albums had five #1s on my chart: the self-titled 2020 album by Milk Teeth (Given Up, Destroyer, Transparent, Better and Sharks) and Love Me Forever by Pinkshift (Nothing (In My Head), I'm Not Crying You're Crying, Get Out, In A Breath and Burn The Witch).
Three albums released in 2023 had four #1s on my chart: the Foo Fighters' But Here We Are (Rescued, Under You, Show Me How and The Glass), Heavenward's Pyrophonics (Supernova, Gasoline, Tangerine and Wish) and Teenage Wrist's Still Love (Sunshine, Still Love, Dark Sky and Digital Self).
