Week 347 – October 21^st, 2017

For now four weeks “So tied up” (#1) by Cold War Kids feat. Bishop Briggs is holding the top spot on my chart. With this week they are tying this year’s record for having the longest run at #1 with German Wincent Weiss who had been #1 with “Nur einen Herzschlag entfernt” (“Only a heartbeat away”) back in May. While they now can celebrate their run at the top could end soon, because directly behind them is Kelly Clarkson after a three spot climb with “Love so soft” (#2). Because of that Taylor Swift dropped one spot with “Look what you made me do” (#3). Another concurrence for the top spot is “Catch me on fire” (#4) by Kate Voegele. Her latest smash climbed up four spots this week. For Kelly Clarkson “Love so soft” could be her 7th #1 and “Catch me on fire” could be Kate Voegele’s 6th #1. These songs are fighting for next week’s #1, but Austrian band Tagtraeumer has to give up these dreams with “Himmelblaue couch” (#5, “Sky blue couch”).

Back in 2014 Luke Sital-Singh released his debut album “The fire inside”. Three years later I discovered this album via Spotify and the rest is now history. This week he climbed up four spots with “21st century heartbeat” (#6) and he reached the Top 10 with “We don’t belong” (#8) which is now the fourth song out of this album reaching my Top 10 this year including the former #1 “Greatest lovers” (#62). Caught between the Luke Sital-Singh songs is Austrian JakeTheBusch. His song “Blinder Passagier” (#7, “Blind passenger”) dropped three spots. Also dropping three spots are the last but not least two songs in my Top 10. So at the bottom are “What about us” (#9) by Pink and “Hate me” (#10) by Jillian Jacqueline.

This week’s greatest gainer is “You’re the best thing about me” (#37) by U2. This song is definitely their best song since years and I really appreciate this new one. I hope that they will release more songs like this in the future. Speaking about the future brings me to this week’s debuts. Once more you have to dig deep to find the highest debut which is “only” an album cut by Norma Jean Martine who recently topped my chart with “Still in love with you” (#20). This week she could place two more songs on my chart which are “I will never love again” (#76) and “Sons and daughters” (#77). The highest official debut by a single is by Australian newcomer Jordie Ireland with the song “Take cover” (#87).

Other debuts are “Treasure” (#88) by LÉON, “Something hold on to” (#89) by Emily Warren, “Fensterglas” (#90, “Window glass”), “Lights down low” (#96) by Max feat. Week 348 – October 28^th, 2017

Kelly Clarkson did it. “Love so soft” is now her 7th #1 on my chart from the 3rd album I'm charting. It is a nice song, but this year pertain there is only a little chance to stay very long (means more than two weeks) at the top of my chart. Last week’s #1 “So tied up” (#2) by Cold War Kids feat. Bishop Briggs dropped one spot. Sad to say that their run is over, but this song could do well in my Top 10 for some more weeks. Directly behind is Kate Voegele who is attacking the #1 with “Catch me on fire” (#3) with a one spot climb. Sure there are others who did better this week, but since years nearly every song from her has a regular chance to reach my #1. Next in line is former #1 “Look what you made me do” (#4) by Taylor Swift. It is the first of two songs from her in my Top 10, but more a little bit later. This female Top 5 is rounded out with a male #5. Luke Sital-Singh returns into this spheres with “21st century heartbeat” (#5).

And as soon I return with the next song by Taylor Swift. Over the week I got really excited with “…Ready for it?” (#6). This week’s climb represents my interest in this song which climbed up 11 spots which marks her as a tied greatest gainer of the week. The other song is “She’s on my mind” (#44) by JP Cooper. But back to the topic. On the one hand Taylor Swift sprinted into the Top 10 Austrian band Tagtraeumer had to drop with “Himmelblaue Couch” (#7, “Sky blue couch”). The other Austrian act in the Top 10 also dropped two spots. So this is definitely the last week in my Top 10 for “Blinder Passagier” (#9, “Blind passenger”) by JackTheBusch. Caught between these songs from my home country is the 2nd Top 10 song by Luke Sital-Singh. “We don’t belong” (#8) is holding its spot. Since this week Kate Voegele has also a double pack in my Top 10. “Sun will rise” (#10) climbed up two spots to reach a spot in this part of my chart.

This week sees 13 new entries. Five of these songs reached my Top 50 and two of these songs are by my core artists. Let’s start with Austrian band Tagtraeumer. Long gone are the days when they participated on the Austrian Casting Show “Herz für Österreich” (“Heart for Austria”). Although they didn’t won they had several hits in Austria and on my chart. This week they return with the latest single from their 2nd album “Unendlich eins” (“Infinitely one”). I first heard “Pfeile” (#31, “Arrows”) when I saw them live in July when they presented their new album, which I’ve to point out is for me better than their debut album which produced several #1’s for me. “Pfeile” is a very good song and should soon join the Top 10 hits from this album.

The other song from a core artist is Pink’s “Beautiful trauma” (#42) which is also the title track from her latest album. I really love this song and for me I would rank this song over “What about us” which recently reached my Top 5. So both “Pfeile” by Tagtraeumer and “Beautiful trauma” are in reach for my Top 10 in a few weeks. “Beautiful trauma” is so far only a promotional single, so it is absolutely possible to find the album’s 2nd single “Revenge” with Eminem very soon on my chart too. “Beautiful trauma” landed directly before the next new entry by an unknown artist from Belgium. OT is covering the Martin Garrix and Troye Sivan song “There for you”. This version never found its way on my chart, but OT’s acoustic cover is in at #43.

The next two new songs in my Top 10 are from lesser known artist. First to mention is “Waiting” (#45) by Jake Bugg feat. Noah Cyrus. This duet is for both singers the first appearance on my chart. When I first listened to this song I knew that this song could do well on my chart. “Waiting” has the 1960’s charm I really like and I hope that this song will reach my Top 20 at least. The other one is Jesse Ware. Up to now she had only one Top 10 hit back with “Say you love me” back in 2015. Now she returns with “Alone” (#48). The outlook is good, but who knows how far this song will go?

Other debuts are the last but not least album cuts from Selena Gomez “Perfect” (#54), “Cologne” (#55) and “Outta my hands (loco)” (#87), “Not my ex” (#86) by Jessie J, “Wrong girl” (#94) by Olivia Lane, “Taboo” (#97) by Typh Barrow, “Une question de couleur” (#98, “A question of color”) by MAD’y, “It’s a shame” (#100) by First Aid Kit.

Week 349 – November 4^th, 2017

The only song in my Top 10 which didn’t change the position was last week’s #1. For that Kelly Clarkson could defend her title with “Love so soft” (#1). This week she is followed by Kate Voegele with “Catch me on fire” (#2) which climbed up one spot. By next week it will be a fight between these two songs and Luke Sital-Singh’s “21st century heartbreat” (#3) which rose up two spots. All of these songs have the chances for being my #1 and it is hard to predict which one I will prefer next week. While these songs are fighting for #1 former #1 “So tied up” (#4) by Cold War Kids feat. Bishop Briggs dropped two spots. New in my Top 5 is “…Ready for it?” (#5) by Taylor Swift.

“…Ready for it?” overtake Taylor Swift’s former #1 “Look what you made me do” (#6) which dropped two spots. The Taylor Swift double pack is followed by another Luke Sital-Singh song. “We don’t belong” (#7) climbed up one. Then there is Kate Voegele. This time with “Sun will rise” (#8) which climbed up two spots. Kate Voegele, Luke Sital-Singh and Taylor Swift now have two songs in my Top 10. Is there a chance that one of the other Top 10 acts have two songs in this part of my chart by next week? Yes there is. Kelly Clarkson is in a good position with “Move on” (#18) which climbed up six spots. The last two spots of my Top 10 are going to two new songs. The first one is “Too good at goodbyes” (#9) by Sam Smith. For him this is his first Top 10 hit on my chart. The other one goes to Ed Sheeran with “Perfect” (#10) which recently reached the #1 in Austria.

The greatest gainer of the week is one of the last week’s debuts. Selena Gomez’s album track “Perfect” (#40) sprinted up 14 spots which is good, but I’ve seen songs which did better. Nevertheless “Perfect” and “Cologne (#45) are among my favourite tunes of her album “Revival” so there is a big opportunity to see these songs in my Top 10 in the future. Enough speculation let’s go to this week’s new entries. The highest one is by Austrian indie rock band Wanda. Do you remember them? I bet most of you don’t remember that they reached #5 on my chart with “Bussi Baby” (“Kiss baby”) back in 2015. Now they return with “Columbo” (#46) which recently reached #1 in Austria. When I first listened to this song I didn’t really gave it a chance, but now I think that this song is rather good. The future will show where the journey is ending, but for now I think that it will be a good trip for this particular song.

Austrian “Columbo” is followed by the new one by MisterWives. Last week they released the catchy non-album single “Never give up on me” (#47). This song should have been definitely on their recent album “Conncet the dots”, but as I like their songs this one is no exception whether it is on their album or not. I hope that this song is doing well. The next debut is “Fake happy” (#48) by Paramore. This one is a single from their last album “After laughter”. Last week I finally bought this album, which is now my third from them, so it was no surprise for me that “Fake happy” is now the third charting song from this album. Earlier this year “Hard times” reached my Top 10 and “Told you so” my Top 20. As these mentioned songs “Fake happy” could have a good time on my chart.

I should mention two more debuts which have done well this week. By midweek country singer Cam released the first single of her sophomore album. This single is called “Diane” (#58) and is a reminiscence to Dolly Partons “Jolene”. The theme of the song is similar, but the perspective is the other way round. While Dolly Parton is singing about a woman who is confronting a woman who she believes has an affair with her lover Cam is singing about a woman who is realising that she has an affair with a married man. It is a nice song, but only the time will show if “Diane” will be a classic song as “Jolene” is. The other song to mention is “Fetish” (#61) by Selena Gomez feat. Gucci Mane. “Fetish” finally got its chance on my chart since I just charting the last songs from her album “Revival”. This song is not bad, but not as good as the most songs from this album.

Week 350 – November 11^th, 2017

After two weeks at the top “Love so soft” (#4) by Kelly Clarkson dropped three spots so that this song is now outside the podium. Kelly Clarkson was replaced by Kate Voegele. Her latest smash “Catch me on fire” (#1) is her 2nd #1 this year after “Don’t count me out” (#48) reached its peak in August. Kate Voegele is followed by one of the surprising male artists this year. British singer-songwriter Luke Sital-Singh climbed up one spot with his 2014 single “21st century heartbeat” (#2). For him this song could also be his 2nd #1 this year and overall. The podium completing is Taylor Swift. While her new one is debuting outside the Top 50 “…Ready for it?” (#3) climbed up two spots. She is also in the position to score her 2nd #1 this year. Rounding out the Top 5 are Cold War Kids feat. Bishop Briggs with their one and only #1 “So tied up” (#5).

The next part of my Top 10 is opened with another song by Kate Voegele. “Sun will rise” (#8) rose two spots and is now knocking at the door to my Top 5. She is followed by Taylor Swift. Her former #1 “Look what you made me do” (#7) dropped one spot, but is still in a comfortable position for a future Top 10 run. Up two spots is Ed Sheeran who – I can only repeat myself – had one #1 this year with “Shape of you”. “Perfect” (#8) is doing well, but I don’t see this song as a future #1, because of the fact that this song is in its eight charting week. Also up two spots is former One Direction member Niall Horan. With his 2nd charting song “Too much to ask” (#9) he reached the first time this part of my chart. The Top 10 is closed by another male artist. Luke Sital-Singh dropped three spots with “We don’t belong” (#10).

This week’s greatest gainer is Aurea’s “I feel love inside” (#43) after a 17 spot climb in its sixth week. Just inside the Top 50 “Achterbahn” (#50, “Rollercoaster”) by German schlager singer Helene Fischer got its debut. It is her 2nd Top 50 hit this year. Earlier this year she reached the Top 20 with “Nur mit dir” (“Only with you”, peak at #12). Although I don’t really like this particular genre Helene Fischer has now scored several hits over the years, but she just failed to reach my Top 10 so far. Maybe “Achterbahn” is the particular one which could change this. As she is the biggest star of this genre in Germany at the moment it would definitely surprise no one if she would enter my Top 10 in the future.

One spot behind “Achterbahn” there is the 2nd highest debut. This is a song by Italian pop singer Annalisa. She has now five charting songs with “Direzione la vita” (#51, “Direction of life”). Her biggest hit had been “Dimenticare (mai)” (“Forget (never)”, peak at 29) back in 2015. Main artist had been Raige, because she was only featured. This time she could do well as a solo artist. I really like “Direzione la vita” which is – maybe I can say this at this point – my favourite song from her. This song has everything the Emma songs have and she had scored several Top 10 hits and #1’s. For this week Annalisa failed to reach a Top 50 spot, but within next weeks she should reach my Top 20. I’m not a the end with Italian songs. This time it is a song by Austrian indie rock band Wanda. Last week they finally debuted with their recent Austrian #1 “Columbo” (#40). I debuted this song very late so that this week the follow up single “Lascia mi fare” (#52, “Let me do it”) got its debut. While the song title is in Italian the song is in German. It is a good song and I’m really excited to see how this double pack will perform over the next weeks.

Great that you see Kate in concert. Maybe she is playing a show in Austria so that I could see her too.

Luke's music is great and it's such a shame that I haven't heard him back in 2014 when "The Fire Inside" came out. In my opinion he is as good as Ed Sheeran, but he is an inside tip. He possibly could have some hits in the future which could bring him into the charts, but for now I am happy to know his songs.

Gorgeous is good song, but for me it is not her best song. Rather the opposite to you.

Week 351 – November 18^th, 2017

2017 will be the year where I’ve not decided which song I really like. Nearly every week my top song is changing and so this week is no exception. After only one week at the top Kate Voegele had to leave with her super catchy “Catch me on fire” (#2). She was replaced by British singer-songwriter Luke Sital-Singh. His wonderful song “21st century heartbeat” (#1) from his 2014 debut album finally reached #1 in its 11th week on chart. So far this is his 2nd #1 this year and probably the last one from this album, because all the other songs from it are out or on their way out of my chart. Still at #3 is Taylor Swift with “…Ready for it?”. I’m actually not ready for bringing this song to #1, but who knows what I’ll do next week. Up two spots is Kate Voegele with “Sun will rise” (#4). Therefor she has now two songs from her album “Canyonlands” in my Top 5. After slipping down three spots last week this week “Love so soft” (#5) by Kelly Clarkson only dropped one spot.

For the first time since weeks US band Cold War Kids aren’t in my Top 5. Their duet with Bishop Briggs dropped one spot and so “So tied up” (#6) is now one spot behind my Top 5. Also the 2nd Taylor Swift song in my Top 10 is holding its spot. “Look what you made me do” (#7) is still a good song, but I don’t think that this song will be in my Top 10 for a record breaking time. Directly behind are Austrian Tagtraeumer. Their new single “Pfeile” (#8, “Arrows”) reached the Top 10 spot after a seven spot climb. Back in the Top 10 is also Pink with “Beautiful trauma” (#10). It’s her 2nd Top 10 hit this year. Caught between these newcomer’s to my Top 10 is Niall Horan with “Too much to ask” (#9).

This week Norma Jean Martine’s “I will never love again” (#40) is the greatest gainer of the week. This song climbed up 13 spots in its 5th week on chart. While this song just reached my Top 40 the highest debut just reached the Top 60. Some weeks ago the debut song “Bout you” by Xuitcasecity dropped out. This week they return with their next one. “Where do we go” (#60) is another song where they mix pop music with rap. In a manner their songs remind me of the 1990’s. In these days Eurodance was a very popular genre and dance music was mixed with rap. Although their songs can’t classified as Eurodance I really appreciate their mix of genres. “Where do we go” got a solid start and I hope that this particular song would reach a good peak.

Xuitcasecity are followed by three more new entries. The next one is by German rock singer Jennifer Rostock. This time she returns with her song “Haarspray” (#61, “Hairspray”). It’s a typical song from her and her band, but I doubt that this song will ever reach my #1 as “Ich kann nicht mehr” (#I can’t anymore”) did back in 2012. Next in line are two country songs from artists I’ve not heard before. They highest one is by US singer Brandon Lay. His song “Speakers bleachers and preachers” (#61) is catchy and got a very solid debut for a newcomer. They other new artist is a JJ Shiplett. He has toured for many years and earlier this year he finally released his debut album “Something to believe in”. Now his first single “Darling, let’s go out tonight” (#62) out of this album got is debut. Beside the song itself I really like JJ Shiplett’s remarkable voice.

Other debuts are “Sad games” (#74) and “Riot” (#75) by Leslie Clio, “Wolves” (#80) by Selena Gomez & Marshmello, “Dancing in the daylight” (#84) by Scouting For Girls, “For what it’s worth” (#85) by Liam Gallagher, “Out of the blue” (#86) by Chad Brownlee, “Til tomorrow” (#87) by Walker McGuire, “Won’t forget you” (#92) by Pixie Lott feat. The “21st century heartbeat” (#1) isn’t really a typical #1 on my chart, but nevertheless I like this song so much that Luke Sital-Singh got his 2nd #1. With this week “21st century heartbeat” got a 2nd week at the top and so this song outperforms “Greatest lovers”. He is followed by a Kate Voegele double pack from her “Canyonlands” album. Former #1 “Catch me on fire” (#2) is holding its spot while “Sun will rise” (#3) climbed up one spot to complete the podium. “Sun will rise” changed the spot with Taylor Swift’s “…Ready for it?” (#4) which is now officially out of the #1 race. New in my Top 5 is “Pfeile” (#5, “Arrows”) by Austrian band Tagtraeumer with a three spot climb. This song is one of the freshest new sounds in my Top 10 and so chance is high to see this song at #1 at anytime soon.

Up four spots is “Beautiful trauma” (#6) by Pink. Until now this song failed to get big radio airplay, but on my chart this song is on the way to outperform the albums lead single “What about us” (#35) which peaked at #5. Next in line are two former #1’s. First to mention is Kelly Clarkson’s “Love so soft” (#7) which dropped two spot. The other one is “So tied up” (#8) by Cold War Kids feat. Bishop Briggs which also dropped two spots, but this song is in its 18th week on chart. Only three songs have a longer chart run at the moment which are “Straßenlaternen” (#30, “Street lights”) by Tagtraeumer with 19 weeks, “Still in love with you” (#56) by Norma Jean Martine with 22 weeks and “Killer” (#55) by Aurea with 23 weeks. These former #1’s are followed by the only new song in my Top 10. It is a cover of the Martin Garrix & Troye Sivan song “There for you” which I never charted. The acoustic version of the Belgian singer OT is now in at #9. It happens not very often that I prefer a cover over the original songs, but this song is one of the exceptions. The Top 10 is rounded out with Taylor Swift’s “Look what you made me do” (#10).

11 new songs found their way on my chart, but none of these songs had a Top 50 debut. The highest debut is by British singer Bishop Briggs who recently had a #1 as featured act on the Cold War Kids song “So tied up”. “Dream” (#63) is her solo chart debut. “Dream” is a decent song, but as always at the start of the chart run it is hard to predict where this song will end. At the moment I’ll say it will reach my Top 40, but it is also possible that this song will go higher, because most of my top songs actually have charted more than 10 weeks and are growing old. Bishop Briggs is followed by veteran artist Bryan Adams. Over the years he gave us hits like “Summer of ‘69”, “Everything I do”, “Please forgive me” and many more. Since the end of the 1990’s the output of big hits dropped, but for the first time in years he got my attention with “Please stay” (#64). I really appreciate this song which could do very well on my chart which saw several slow ballads in my Top 10 over the last weeks. I hope that this song marks a great return for Bryan Adams.

Week 353 – December 2^nd, 2017

For a 2nd time this year Austrian Tagtraeumer took over my chart. This time with a climb of four spots. Once more with a song with a song I first heard live during a concert this summer. “Pfeile” (#1, “Arrows”) is a catchy tune and one of my favourites of their 2nd album. They are followed by the other Top 10 sprinter. Pink is doing very well with “Beautiful trauma” (#2). For her this could be her first #1 since “True love” feat. Lily Allen reached #1 back in May 2013. Down two spots are “21st century heartbeat” (#3) by Luke Sital-Singh, “Catch me on fire” (#4) and “Sun will rise” (#5) by Kate Voegele.

The 2nd half of my Top 10 is also opened by a song which dropped two spots. “…Ready for it?” (#6) by Taylor Swift is definitely a good song, but it lost its spirit very fast. Up two spots is the acoustic version of “There for you” (#7) by OT. Directly behind is the only new song in my Top 10. Let’s welcome back Selena Gomez with an album cut from her album “Revival”. “Perfect” (#8) is among my favourites from this album and so it isn’t really a surprise to find this song in these spheres. The Top 10 is rounded out with two former #1’s. Down one spot is “So tied up” (#9) by Cold War Kids feat. Bishop Briggs. “Love so soft” (#10) by Kelly Clarkson dropped three spots.

Generally this edition is rather slow. There are two greatest gainers, but both songs only climbed up nine spots. The highest of these songs “Achterbahn” (#29, “Rollercoaster”) is from German schlager singer Helene Fischer. The other one is “Where do we go” (#49) by Xuitcasecity. The highest debut is by US singer Tiffany Alvord. She is mostly recognized by her covers. This week she debuts with her original single “Karma” (#62) which is the highest of seven debuts. The 2nd best new song is by Australian country singer Morgan Evans with “Kiss somebody” (#70).

Other debuts are “Endzeitstimmung” (#88, “End time mood”) by Die Fantastischen Vier, “Guilty” (#89) by Paloma Faith, “This feeling” (#91) by Abby Anderson, “Regenbogen” (#95, “Rainbow”) by Vanessa Mai, “I still pick up” (#100) by John King.

Week 354 – December 9^th, 2017

”Pfeile” (#1) by Tagtraeumer defended its title in front of the strong new song by Pink. Her song “Beautiful trauma” (#2) is stuck at the runner’s up position, but this song is on the shortlist to take over by next week or some other week. Still at the podium is former #1 “21st century heartbeat” by British singer-songwriter Luke Sital-Singh. I absolutely fell in love with his music and the outlook is great, because his actual album is ready for several chart runs in the upcoming weeks. Up four spots is Selena Gomez. Her latest singles “Fetish” (#38), “Wolves” (#73) or “Bad liar” failed to impress me that much to give them a push into my Top 20 at least. On the other hand “Perfect” (#4) from her album “Revival” is now in my Top 5 with a good outlook for the next few weeks. “Perfect” is followed by “Catch me on fire” (#5). Kate Voegele’s latest #1 hit is on its way down the chart, but it is still my Top 5 and I still enjoy listening.

The 2nd half of my Top 10 is opened with an acoustic version of the Martin Garrix and Troye Sivan song “There for you” (#6). For Belgian singer OT this cover is her first chart appearance and I really hope that some of her original songs will find their way to my chart in the future. Next in line are two songs which dropped some spots. First to mention is Kate Voegele’s “Sun will rise” (#7) which dropped two spots. Also dropping down two spots is Taylor Swift’s “…Ready for it?” (#8). 20 weeks ago “So tied up” (#9) by Cold War Kids feat. Bishop Briggs got its chart debut. This week this song hold its spot, but it could be the last week in my Top 10. This song is followed by the only Top 10 debut this week which is by MisterWives. Their latest single “Never give up to me” (#10) climbed up four spots.

The greatest gainer of the week is by Chad Brownlee. His country song “Out of the blue” (#40) is growing more and more on me so that this week this song climbed up 29 spots directly into my Top 40. Looking over my new entries you’ll find out that no song reach my Top 70. The highest debuts are by MisterWives with two album cuts. These are “Chasing this” (#71) and “Only human” (#72). Then there are several songs from the 4th season of Nashville which I finally started to see this week. Week 355 – December 16^th, 2017

Once again Tagtraeumer are reigning my chart with their actual one “Pfeile” (#1, “Arrows”). While they are still painting arrows on the walls and trees after it rains to get the girls heart Pink is singing about the “Beautiful trauma” (#2) which is stuck at the runner’s up spot. The podium completing is “Perfect” (#3) by Selena Gomez who is returning to the Top 3 with another song from “Revival”. The song about the self-doubts is outperforming the other song with the “Perfect”-theme this year. Ed Sheeran’s song “Perfect” (#22) just dropped out of my Top 20 this week. Up two spots is OT with her acoustic cover of “There for you” (#4). And last but not least in my Top 5 you still can find “21st century heartbeat” (#5) by Luke Sital-Singh.

The 2nd half of my Top 10 is opened with the other former #1. Kate Voegele dropped one spot with “Catch me on fire” (#6). Her other Top 10 hit “Sun will rise” (#10) dropped three spots. For all Kate Voegele fans out there don’t be sad her single “Shoot this arrow” will debut soon. Between these songs by Kate Voegele there are one song which climbed up three spots within my Top 10 and two new additions. The climber is “Never give up on me” (#7) by MisterWives. For the first time since their #1 smash “Bussi baby” (“Kiss baby”) Austrian indie rockers Wanda return to my Top 10 with their Austrian #1 hit “Columbo” (#8). The other new song is “Fake happy” (#9) by Paramore.

Last week country pop by Chad Brownlee was the greatest gainer of the week. This week he did it again with “Out of the blue” (#26) with a 14 spot climb. Beside this “big” climb there are only little highlights in this chart edition. The highest debuts are album cuts from Anouk’s “Fake it till we die”. She debuts “Take it slow” (#81) and “Handyman” (#82). Not very high I know, but after the test season ends for this half year I have now more time for music and so there should be higher debuts next week. Beside these album cuts the following songs are debuting this week: “Speak to me” (#87) by Clare Bowen, “Strangers” (#88) by Tone Damli, “Do me” (#89) by Frank Pierce feat.
