Damn, I really need to update this... the Foo Fighters had nearly 15 years between top 10's... Aerosmith, Smash Mouth, JC Chasez, Daft Punk, Lenny Kravitz, Bryan Adams, Shawn Desman and Natalie Imbruglia all had at least 10 years between top 10's (Natalie Imbruglia's is exactly 10 years!)

Theory Of A Deadman comes to mind immediately. Bad Girlfriend and All Or Nothing hit top 10, then they took about 6-7 years before getting to #2 with Angel earlier this year. [Cimorelli denied them #1] Angel btw is TOAD's highest peak on my chart's history. They are still seeking that first #1.
Whitesnake had a chance to end their 18-year drought from the top 10 but missed out. You may recall I started doing charts in the late 90s and did have some recurrents on there at the time, they hit #11 with Stormbringer after being in the top 10 with Is This Love way back when.
Really though, those are the only 2 that come to mind right now.
