That's the album title and it comes out September 9th, according to David's MySpace site.

September 9th, eh? I'll circle that one! Looking forward to it! Strange Birds was one of my favourite albums of last year and probably my favourite DU album so far.

I bought this CD last week, and it's a solid effort - I would call it a definite continuation of Strange Birds. So for those who are looking for something that breaks new ground for David, this CD isn't it. As I said, though, it is very solid. Following the CD's creation through David's blogs, the songs appear to be based on several rushes of great ideas that just needed to be let out, and voila we have Wake Up & Say Goodbye not long after Strange Birds. "Kill The Lights" has grown on me immensely since it was released in the summer, and it's probably the best track here, but not far behind are "And So We Run", "Airplanes", and "I Am The Weapon". David is definitely in one of his best creative phases lyrically, so these are probably some of the better songs he's written over the years, and with a tight band to back him up, the execution is pretty much on spot. I'll look forward to hearing these songs in concert. David has a great connection with his fans and, if you've never seen him before in concert, his live shows have terrific energy. Overall, I'm glad David released the songs from Wake Up & Say Goodbye so quickly. It's probably a CD more meant for his fans, so they will definitely be happy. But if you haven't heard his music before this is as good a starting place as any. www.davidusher.com

Bill, could you say this album is rockier than the last album? Does it sound like 'Kill The Lights' (an awesome single imo! Shame it didn't work in Quebec)?

"Kill The Lights" is probably the most rockin' song on the CD. The rest of the record is more along the lines of "Alone In The Universe" and "The Music" - melodic adult rock, if you will.
