Top 20 here we come #20-16.. 20. Christina Milian f. Shawna - Dip It LowDip it low, pick it up slow..Peak: #2 Weeks On: 16 This was by far one of the most sexually driven singles of 2004 - and it was absolute magic. Christina's sultry vocals accompanied by some of the most fierce and seductive lyrics made this a winner from the start to the end. Ever in the mood? Put this on. 19. Linkin Park - Breaking The HabitI don't know what's worth fighting for..Peak: #2 Weeks On: 17 Linkin Park's 5th single off "Meteora" was their biggest, a model of consistency and a track that stayed relevant for quite some time in my books. Accompanied by it's brilliant animated video, LP proved that their entire album was single worthy by making the 5th one of their best. 18. Usher - Confessions Pt. IIFirst thing that came to mind was you..Peak: #2 Weeks On: 17 Usher's third single off his blockbuster album "Confessions" proved the RnB crooner could still put out a solid midtempo jam to get things started. Accompanied by some rather clever lyrics, the song tells a story that instigates "did he? or didnt he?". Whether he did or not, this song was one of Usher's bests. The best though, is still to come. 17. Lindsay Lohan - RumorsI just need to free my mind..Peak: #1[1] Weeks On: 12..so far Lindsay Lohan's official debut single off her album "Speak" ended up being a sexual club romp that raised many eyebrows. With a sleek and sheek video exposing Lindsay's high-class breasts, the beats of 'Rumors' start it off leading in to one catchy chorus. Wanna be left alone Lindsay? Stop being so god damn hot. 16. Destiny's Child - Lose My BreathCan you keep up? Baby boy...Peak: #2 Weeks On: 14..so far DC3's return to the scene may have had mixed reviews, but this lead single full of sexually driven motifs and drumlines was one of the highlights of the year. With each bootylicious girl getting their own say, this single elevated above all previous DC3 romps and stood out amongst the crowd. How good does it feel to hear this song at a club? #15-11 tomorrow...

Here we go! #15-11... 15. Avril Lavigne - Nobody's HomeShe wants to go home, but nobody's home..Peak: #1[3] Weeks On: 12..so far Avril's absolute best. I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is pop perfection. Sincere lyrics, beautiful vocals, and Avril just at her absolute prime. The standout of "Under My Skin" right from the get go. Had this song not came out so late in the year, it would have been much higher. 14. Evanescence - My ImmortalYou used to captivate me, by your resonating light..Peak: #1[3] Weeks On: 15 Speaking of being at your prime, the band version of this single is Evanescence at their absolute best. It's a shame that it straddled the 2003-2004 border, because it also made my chart last year (#16), which is one of the reasons the song never made a year-end top 5 for me. Amy Lee is crisp, clear, and beautiful; and the band is right on target. 13. Usher f. Lil Jon + Luda - Yeah! The way she get low..Peak: #1[1] Weeks On: 18 This was the absolute club anthem of 2004. I don't care how whored Usher was this year, this was the song to hear in any club or at any party. The killer beat, smooth lyrics, and just the fact that it starts any party off right is enough to put it this high. Kudos Usher, for a killer tune. 12. Avril Lavigne - Don't Tell MeDid you think that I was gonna give it up to you..Peak: #1[3] Weeks On: 17 Avril's lead single off UMS may have been dissapointing for some, but it was classic Avril. Her punk rock image may have been toned down, but she sounded fierce and confident alongside a rather powerful message. A solid return for Canada's leading lady of pop rock. 11. Evanescence - Everybody's FoolPerfect by nature, icons of self indulgence..Peak: #4 Weeks On: 23 Some of you may be surprised, but this song is just absolutely brilliant. The story it tells has great relevance to the state of today's Music industry, not to mention that I've loved the song since I got the album and I still love it now. A true model of consistency. It's a shame it didn't do better at radio. Enjoy Tomorrow, top 10! #10-6.
