All songs on my chart exit after 10 charts (20 weeks). There have been rare cases of re-entries. So technically the most appearances on my chart was spent by "Millennium" by Robbie Williams in 1999, which initially appeared for 2 charts and then re-entered for 10 charts = 12 charts (24 weeks).

Honestly, as odd as it sounds, I'd like to have a song or two that can smash the record into bits and last for over two years on the chart! Probably won't happen but it would be neat. The song that is closest to doing that now is 'Black Horse And The Cherry Tree' as it nears 1 year on and is still in the upper part of the bottom Top 50.
