Which songs on your personal charts have debuted at the lowest position on your chart and peaked at #1? On my chart, "So Yesterday" by Hilary Duff and "8th World Wonder" by Kimberley Locke went from the bottom to the top.

many of them did.... but some of the big movers include Eminem (Lose Yourself) and Puddle Of Mudd (She Hates Me) all of which rocketed up the chart

You mean that the second week, they reached number one, or that eventually (in many weeks) they reached number one? I think you mean the first one, and the one I remember is Gary Barlow with "Love won't wait", he debuted at number 20 and the next week he went straight to number 1

I'd have to look back but I remember a couple of songs debuting at #40 and going all the way.
S CLUB 7 - Never Had a Dream Come True
Debuted at #40 then went to #24 the next week and reached the top in a short time. They were #1 for 4 weeks.
MATTHEW GOOD BAND - Load Me Up
After coming in at #40 they rose to #19 in their second week.

When my chart was a top 20, No Doubt's "Hey Baby" debuted at #20, and hit #1

Gary Chapman "I Need Jesus"
debut: May 25, 2002
40-10-1-1-3-13-14-20-20-36
I believe this is the fastest a song reached #1 after debuting at #40 on my chart.

My chart started in Oct. 2002 as 20 positions. The only track to start out at #20 (while the chart was limited to 20 positions) and peak at #1 is "James Dean (I Wanna Know)" by Daniel Bedingfield.
In Jan. 2003 my chart expanded to 25 positions. The only two tracks I remember debuting at #25 (while the chart was limited to 25 positions) and peaking at #1 are "Girl All the Bad Guys Want" by Bowling for Soup and "Rock Your Body" by Justin Timberlake.
In June 2003 my chart expanded to its current length of 30 positions. The only 2 tracks I remember debuting at #30 and peaking at #1 are "With You" by Jessica Simpson and "Anyplace Anywhere Anytime" by Nena f/Kim Wilde.

Only happened once!
Shapeshifters - "Lolas Theme" entered at #40 on July 4th, 2004.
In its 8th week on the chart on August 22nd, 2004 it moved 2-1 to become #1 for just 1 week before being replaced by Maroon5's "She Will Be Loved" which moved 3-1 and spent 3 weeks on top.
It's full 17 week chart run was:
DEBUT:40-26-20-12-5-4-2-*1*-3-3-7-10-14-21-25-33-40

doesn't happen often at all..... i rarely debut good songs at number 50!
Ironically, my #1 of 2005 (Caught Up by Usher) actually debuted at #50!!! Ghettomusick by Outkast also dropped to 50 before climbing up to number one.
And Rhythm Bandits by Junior Senior made it to number one, left my chart, re-entered at #18 and made it back to #1 the following week!
