This is just for the top 40 positions on my chart, I'm not sure of the records for the top 100.
1 - Eminem - Lose Yourself [1] 2 - Britney Spears - My Prerogative [29-1] 3 - Destiny's Child - Survivor [4-2-1] 3 - Eiffel 65 - Blue [11-5-1] 3 - Christina Aguilera - Ain't No Other Man [28-8-1] 4 - Lou Bega - Mambo No. 5 [24-16-5-1] 4 - Spice Girls - Holler [35-19-10-1] 4 - City High - What Would You Do? [39-21-4-1] 4 - Backstreet Boys - Drowning [40-13-4-1] 4 - Nelly f/Kelly Rowland - Dilemma [36-12-5-1] 4 - Rob Thomas - This Is How A Heart Breaks [40-11-2-1]
For the top 100, I know Eminem did it in 2 weeks, as did Britney Spears "Gimme More" and "My Prerogative", Christina Aguilera "Ain't No Other Man" did it in 3 weeks, Nickelback "Someday" and Delta Goodrem "In This Life" did it in 4 weeks, and Avril Lavigne "Don't Tell Me", Rob Thomas "This Is How A Heart Breaks" and Santana/Michelle Branch "I'm Feeling You" did it in 5 weeks.
EDIT: Britney Spears went 29-1 with "My Prerogative", tying Eminem's top 100 record.

Debuted at #9, then went to #1 the weekend after my daughter was born. It was perfect timing.

I started my chart in October 2002. Since that time, I've had four tracks take only three weeks to hit the top: - "Die Another Day" by Madonna [6-2-1], - "Landslide (Sheryl Crow Remix)" by Dixie Chicks [13-3-1], - "Crush (1980 Me)" by Darren Hayes [28-2-1], and... - "It's My Life" by No Doubt [16-2-1]. Interestingly enough, each of these tracks spent three weeks at the top. Hmmm ... The power of threes?!
