When in Quattro Pro, left-click at the top of the column on the bar just above the sheet... that should highlight the column. On one of the toolbars, there should be alignment buttons... click on the one that looks like centred text. That should centre the writing. Oh, awesome! I got that down now. Thanks! How do I make the rows bigger? I know how to adjust the columns, but I don't know how to adjust the rows...

How do I make the rows bigger? I know how to adjust the columns, but I don't know how to adjust the rows... Go to the "Help" section and do a search on "resize rows". It should have some instructions there. (Wouldn't the rows work the same way as the columns? Just for example, hold the cursor over on the line between the "1" (row) and the "2" until you get the resise cursor and then you can click and drag as big or as small as you want. You can also select multiple rows and then resize. )

But, I figured it out. Thanks for all the help, folks! ;D
