Very intriguing blend of new-era R&B/hip hop styles, both artist's eccentricities suddenly becoming sublime in this hit, which I believe won a Grammy in 1999. Got to #11 on my chart.

this was the first and only song that has Erykah involved i actually liked, the song was pretty awesome.

I agree with Ben. Awesome indeed. Prior to this song, I wasn't really into The Roots and I had only a passing fascination with Erykah. This was an excellent tune and still sounds good today. One of my favorite songs overall from 1998.
Interesting note: The female rapper in the middle of the song, is actually Eve. She was an uncredited featured rapper on the track, months before she had her own debut single, "What You Want."
