I could fill more than a page or two if I wanted to create a thread for every Elton John so, so I've created the Elton John Songbook!
Over the years, John has released... 42 albums (including soundtracks and greatest hits packages). 42. Not bad considering he started in 1969. His solo albums have included his North American debut, 'Elton John,' 'Don't Shoot Me! I'm Only The Piano Player' in 1973, and 'Goodbye Yellow Brock Road,' also from 1973.
Elton's 80s success was limited, scoring few hits. Those best known include "I'm Still Standing," "I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues," "Sacrifice" and "Sad Songs (Say So Much)."
John's popularity in the 90s and early 00s stepped up a bit from the previous decade. He scored a series of hits from 'The Lion King' soundtrack in 1994, a world-wide best seller in "Candle In The Wing '97," a re-worked tribute to the late Princess Diana, and one of the best pop albums of 2000 with 'Songs From The West Coast.'

1. Your Song
2. Levon
3. Tiny Dancer
4. Rocket Man (It's Going To Be A Long, Long Time)
