Sum 41 - We're All To BlameReviewOnce the group started hitting it big in the United States, they seemed to take themselves a little too seriously, and thus their music subsequently lacked. This song changes paces a little too often for my likings, even though it is catchy. Bottom line is, this could have been a better effort. 2.3 out of 5.. UNDECIDED

Definitely play! Much more mature sound, and it works!

Gees, does this ever suck! Sorry, but this is easily the most obvious "Trash it" that I've come across yet - and that's saying a lot given how much I can't stand "Dry Your Eyes" by The Streets! I'm really disappointed, too, because there are a couple of Sum 41 tracks that I really enjoy.

This song isn't so bad. I'm not really a Sum 41 fan, but I don't mind this song. Ben says they've started to take themselves seriously since they've become popular here in the States. I don't think there's anything wrong with taking yourself seriously as long as you don't let it go to your head and start treating others like trash. However, it IS interesting that they'd take themselves seriously, considering that part of what made them so likeable & afforded them wide exposure outside of Canada is that they acted like a bunch of goof offs and jokesters the majority of the time.
BTW, check out the video if you get a chance. I saw it on MTV2 the other day and it's pretty cool/funny. It's a take off on the old 80s TV show, Solid Gold,...complete with drag queens acting as backup dancers.

Not a major fan of Sum 41, but I have both of their previous albums (first one I bought, second I got for free), and they're a fairly good band.
This is easily their best song yet, and probably their most different one. "Serious" or not.

People keep saying that Sum-41 is only half as good as Blink-182 because 41 is half of 82. So ever since then, Sum-41 has been trying to change their image by sounding different.
