Shifty as in Shifty Shellshock as in Crazy Town? lol After listening to the song, it definitely is the same Shifty from Crazy Town. It's a cool song... so play it!

Play it.
Sounds like a good summer song. Very "Sugar Ray-ish."

Was talking with a DJ last night on this song. He said they just can't get into this song. It's too much of a cliché and trying too hard to be a "summer song." We're both predicting this will not be big.

Although this will probably get lost somewhere in the summer garbage heap of "summer songs," it's not bad.
I mean, let's put it this way - this, or CrazyTown's second album? Doesn't take you long to think about now, does it?

Doesn't take you long to think about now, does it? but in either case, none of the material would be exactly accepted as much more then an effort to outlast the 15 minutes of fame or the "one-hit wonder" label that is currently attached to Shifty and CrazyTown, though Shifty had a part in a decent sized hit 1 or 2 years back, i wouldn't entirely put that as a Shifty hit, sure it's in the same kind of category as Rob Thomas, Everlast and Michelle Branch when each collaborated with Santana, but the fact remains that Oakenfold could have hired any random singer to sing the part of Shifty and have the same results.
