Gwen Stefani steamrolls the competition to slide comfortable into the number one position for the week of Christmas! Absolutely fantastic for her to take over this honor, on such a huge holiday week! After hearing about those string of number ones that Gwen had throughout her L.A.M.B. era, I knew for sure that The Sweet Escape era would start off just the same - with a number one hit! I'm quite sure Wind It Up won't be her last, either! ;D

Beyonce chimes in at number two this week, as expected. I'm thinking Irreplaceable has a great shot at going to number one, but with Gwen in complete control, it's hard to tell. Gwen just might make it difficult.

AMAZING to see JANET continue to make impressive strides with SEx. I was actually prepared for a fall this week, so to see her jumping into the top three with a bullet has *Sings* GOT ME SO EXCITED!

Oh, snap! I'm so shocked to see Nelly Furtado bold from outside the top ten, straight into the top five with Say It Right. WELL deserved, seriously! GO, NELLY! This could be an upset for Gwen next week!

The Killers go top ten! ;D

Aww @ Robin Thicke. He has no chance to get a better peak, despite holding onto a bullet. I think number six is it for him, but that's still awesome.

Justin took a pretty nasty fall, but it's still a number one smash, so can I really complain? I don't think so!

Fergie jumps into the top ten with Fergalicious, and I definitely think top five is a possibility for her. She just has to keep her momentum going.

TOP TWENTY FOR CIARA! But more importantly, my BOYS AAR are headed for the top twenty! Lovin' the It Ends Tonight love. I'll be sad if my boys don't go top ten, but if they make the top twenty, that will suffice. ;D

I know it's Chris Cornell's week to shine, but I'm more impressed by Mary J. Blige's stunning debut! I feel a chart topper coming along for Mary! Get 'em, girl!

What a great gift for the holidays! An infusion of new music onto The Mix 50! Nice debuts from Mary J. Blige AND Rihanna & Sean Paul!

I knew it was only a matter of time before "Wind It Up" made its way to the #1 spot. Now the question is...how long will she stay there? Beyonce, Janet!, Nelly Furtado, and even Akon are all in positions to knock her out! This is gonna get interesting!!!

"Fergalicious," "All Good Things (Come To An End)," and "Promise" made some nice movement this week! Excellent! All of them are current addictions for me!

I'm also happy to see Monica's new song and PCD's latest single continuing to work their way up your chart. Boy, talk about quietly having one heck of an overlooked album! Monica's "The Makings Of Me" is looking like quite a flop. But "A Dozen Roses" is a good song! I'm glad it's on your chart!
