Well it was just a matter of time before some great new tunes would creep on the scene and wreak havok on the chart... I'll have you know that this was the most difficult personal chart to produce in years! For the first time in many years, there are 4 debuts in the Top 20, two of them in the Top 10! And a 5th in the Top 30 ... so as a result, some recent favourites take huge plunges to the lower reaches of the chart, but that's okay, my chart is bi-weekly, so the drops were really expected. Two of the songs that have made this week's chart were discussed in The Lookout forum, which is your place on the board to discuss new and undiscovered songs. Oh, and Mr. Tyler Hilton will likely have a 4th chart at #1 in two weeks, but beyond that he will have a challenge to hold the top spot. Hope you enjoy this one (use the link in my signature to see the full chart)! Post any comments you have! Thanks NEW TO THE CHART: BLOOD (Junior Vasquez mix) - Casey Stratton COLLIDE - Howie Day LONELY NO MORE - Rob Thomas MAN LIKE ME - Robert Downey, Jr. SHE HAS NO TIME - Keane PS - Songs on the Sony Classical (!!) label have never before appeared on my chart - and this week two (which don't really sound all that 'classical' to me) debut!

Hey Bill!
I'm so glad that you caught onto Tyler Hilton. Hell, I'm glad that everybody caught onto Tyler Hilton. I'm happy to see 'The Letter Song' spent a 3rd chart at #1. Personally, I'm waiting for another official single, and for the love of God, waiting for his bloody album... I now officially hate ordering things.
It's awesome to see Ciara still kickin' around the Top 5, while Alicia Keys' 'Karma' is also a kick-ass song. I know you like remixes, so watch out for a mix of 'Karma' that's mixed with Stevie Wonder's 'Superstition.' It kicks so much ass that it's not even funny.
I love Keane, so a Top 10 debut is fantastic... Have you bought their album, yet? It's fantastic.
I really don't have to say it, but I'm glad to see Ryan Cabrera in the Top 10. He makes me giddy. *giggles*
Given that you plan on seeing him, have you bought Bublé's new album? I have his first and love it. Would you recommend the new one?
Awesome to see Usher moving up, and debuts from both Rob Thomas and Howie Day in the Top 20 are killer!
I love that k-os song, as you probably know, so I'm pleased to see him moving up, while The Killers get a great move too! Whoot! That's what I'm talkin' about, baby!
Finally, glad to see you showin some love for Low Millions. 'Eleanor' is a great song. New on my chart this week! Whoot!

Personally, I'm waiting for another official single, and for the love of God, waiting for his bloody album... I now officially hate ordering things.! I ordered Tyler's CD from amazon.ca in early December, and I had it before Xmas. It's awesome to see Ciara still kickin' around the Top 5, while Alicia Keys' 'Karma' is also a kick-ass song. I know you like remixes, so watch out for a mix of 'Karma' that's mixed with Stevie Wonder's 'Superstition.' It kicks so much ass that it's not even funny.! I will definitely have to check that one out, since "Superstition" is one of my all time faves. I love Keane, so a Top 10 debut is fantastic... Have you bought their album, yet? It's fantastic.! Yes, it's a terrific CD, Tom Chaplin's vocals make the album! I really don't have to say it, but I'm glad to see Ryan Cabrera in the Top 10. He makes me giddy. *giggles*! "Exit To Exit" is on its way to the chart, possibly as early as next chart. I think "True" is done at #9 though. Given that you plan on seeing him, have you bought Bublé's new album? I have his first and love it. Would you recommend the new one?! Outside of a cover of "Save The Last Dance For Me", it's a quieter album. Not sure whether or not I like it as much as the first one, but it's still worth checking out, once again for that voice! Finally, glad to see you showin some love for Low Millions. 'Eleanor' is a great song. You need to check out Adam Cohen's self-titled CD from 1998 for a very different album. Thanks for all the enthusiastic comments Dan!

Gasp! Sputter! Bill, I demand a recount! In the same week that Keshia rises 13-9 on my chart, you gut her with a 10-29 free fall? Oh, well, at least you have a great new Mitchell Hunter track moving in the right direction. Watch for "Alien" to appear shortly in my bubbling under section. I am thrilled to see "The Letter Song" on top for another frame. As you already know (which, of course, explains why I have to repeat it), I love that song, and it is now in my bubbling under. Ooooh! Another gutting this week with Jesse McCartney's "Beautiful Soul." Bill, a drop like that is far from beautiful. And the kid's only what, 17? Sigh ... learning all about the harsh reality of personal charts at such an early age. Regarding your chartlove for soulDecision, I'll note that "Kiss the Walls" appears finished at #3 on my list, but ... I've really been getting into "Hypnotize Me" and "Light It Up," so one or both of them could be chart entries soon enough. Hey, has there been a dance remix (yet) for "Home"? I really liked the remix you sent me for "Sway." The original verison of "Home" is great, but ... I bet I'd like a remix, too. ;D And finally ... I haven't heard this "Blood" song, but I love Junior V.'s remixes, so I bet this is really good. Care to put up a link? ;D

Oooh... all those drops... well the new stuff has to creep in sometime, and unfortunately Keshia and Jesse were the ones that had to make room. So out with the songs of Winter and in with the songs of Spring!
