So THERE's the evil "Save Tonight" song in the Top 10 that everyone here goes on about Was the Globalchart worked out on a points-system back in '98? Like it is now?

So THERE's the evil "Save Tonight" song in the Top 10 that everyone here goes on about Was the Globalchart worked out on a points-system back in '98? Like it is now? The points system was slightly different. I compiled the Globalchart up to end of 2002, Bryan took over when revived in September 2003.

I guess @wife may be referring to pop radio? "Save Tonight" peaked at #8 on the Globalchart.
