An obscure flop single about hate-f*cking someone Also the single that essentially meant the end of their career...also my favourite Bravery song period

It's got to be "All The Times I Tried" by Sharleen Spiteri. Despite how much I was into urban music at the time, it rose extremely fast and hit #1 the week of October 25, 2008.

I came up with three... two of them are video game music, including one from earlier this year. The other is a 5 year old girl telling a story about a frog. M83 - Raconte-Moi Une Histoire [#1 on 13/11/11]: David Wise - Grassland Grove [#1 on 2/3-16/3/14]: Regurgitator - Transformers Theme [#1 on 6/6/04]:

That wasn't weird; that was just a super-rare example of egomania in its purest form.

I think for me it might be Anybody But You by the Moldy Peaches or Ellen Page & Michael Cera. (I think that was the only time I charted two separate recordings together as one single). It held #1 for 3 or 4 weeks during Juno's reign of early 2008 on my chart.

Hands down, it would have to be Sebastian's two #1s, "Everytime I Hear Cascada..." and "70's Whore".
