Due to the different dates on which Thanksgiving is celebrated in the U.S. and Canada, I will list both.
2005, American: Gorillaz, "DARE" 2005, Canadian: Pussycat Dolls, "Stickwitu"
2006, American: Janet Jackson / Khia, "So Excited" 2006, Canadian: Cherish, "Do It To It"
2007, American: Chris Brown / T-Pain, "Kiss Kiss" 2007, Canadian: Prince, "Future Baby Mama"
2008, American: Kevin Rudolf / Lil' Wayne, "Let It Rock" 2008, Canadian: Rihanna, "Disturbia"
2009, American: Vistoso Bosses / Soulja Boy, "Delirious" 2009, Canadian: Prince, "Crimson And Clover"
2010, American: Sean Kingston / Nicki Minaj, "Letting Go" 2010, Canadian: Taio Cruz, "Dynamite"
2011, American: Demi Lovato, "Skyscraper" 2011, Canadian: Nicki Minaj, "Super Bass"
2012, American: Rihanna, "Diamonds" 2012, Canadian: B. o. B. / Taylor Swift, "Both Of Us"
2013, Canadian: Lady Gaga, "Applause"
Points worth noting:
- No artist has ever been #1 on more than one American Thanksgiving. - Prince is the only artist to have been #1 on two Canadian Thanksgivings. - Two artists have been #1 on one American Thanksgiving and one Canadian Thanksgiving: Rihanna and Nicki Minaj. - Although only 7 weeks separate American Thanksgiving and Canadian Thanksgiving, and many songs have been #1 for greater than 7 weeks, no song has ever remained at #1 straight through from Canadian Thanksgiving to American Thanksgiving.

LOL in my case, while none of the #1's lasted long enough to be #1 on both, "Hurt", which was #1 on Canadian Thanksgiving in 2006, returned to #1 AFTER American Thanksgiving! And interestingly enough, both Santa(na)/Michelle Branch collaborations were #1 on a different Thanksgiving.

These reflect the charts before Thanksgiving; it gets dicey IMO when a song is #1 going into Thanksgiving week and then the following Saturday it changes hands. (There are also for the American holiday; admittedly, I can't think of when the Canadian one is without looking it up, other than it's in October. ) 2002: Sk8er Boi 2003: Someday* 2004: Breakaway 2005: Dirty Little Secret (2006-2009: No chart) 2010: King of Anything 2011: Just a Kiss 2012: Some Nights* 2013: Rock & Roll *In 2003, "Someday" was #1 going into Thanksgiving, only to lose it to "Holidae In" two days later. And last year, it was "Some Nights" going in only to lose it to "50 Ways to Say Goodbye" two days later.
