On the singles chart, Flo Rida and Sia jump to number one this week with "Wild Ones". It's the third #1 in Australia for Flo, after Low and Right Round, and the first for Sia. Last week's number one, "Pumped Up Kicks" from Foster The People, drops all the way to seven. Timomatic rises two more places to #2 with "Set It Off" while David Guetta and Nicki Minaj jump eleven places to round out the top three with "Turn Me On". Simple Plan join the top ten at #6 with "Summer Paradise", while Laurent Wery also jumps in, rising thirteen places to land at #10 with "Hey Hey Hey". Drake and Rihanna jump ten places to #18 with "Take Care", The Black Keys are up seven to #25 with "Lonely Boy", and Skrillex jumps ten to #34 with "Bangarang" Only two songs join the top fifty this week. "Read All About It" from Professor Green and Emeli Sande is in at #46, already the highest charting hit for either of them. And Lana Del Rey scores her first top fifty hit, "Born To Die" at #50. On the albums side of things, it's all about Adele. "21" scores it's 26th week at #1. And this week it notches up a full year on the chart. 52 weeks, 26 of those at #1, 50 in the top ten, and never going lower than #12. Foster The People score a new peak of #3 with "Torches", while One Direction also hit a new peak. "Ip All Night" is at #4. In a slow January, there aren't a lot of moves or debuts, in fact, nothing enters the top fifty that hadn't before. The Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, The Wombats, Florence And The Machine and Crowded House all re-enter the top fifty though. Find the charts here: www.ariacharts.com.au/index.htm
