I've had a few artists make my chart more than once but never with anything beyond the lead singles from their albums:
Rihanna Pon De Replay (first from Music Of The Sun) - #5 SOS (first from A Girl Like Me) - #3 Umbrella (from Good Girl Gone Bad) - #13
Fabolous Breathe (first from Real Talk) - #1 Make Me Better (first pop single from From Nothin' To Somethin') - #7
Cherish Do It To It (first from Cherish) - #1 Killa (first from The Truth) - #7
Gym Class Heroes The Queen & I (first from As Cruel As School Children) - #9 Cookie Jar (first from The Quilt) - #5
LL Cool J Control Myself (first from Todd Smith) - #1 Baby (first from Exit 13) - #12
Jim Jones We Fly High (first from Hustler's P.O.M.E.) - #2 Pop Champagne (first from Pray IV Reign) - #12
Plies Shawty (first from The Real Testament) - #7 Bust It Baby Part 2 (first from Definition Of Real) - #1 Put It On Ya (first from Da REAList) - #11+
Lil Scrappy, Jennifer Lopez, and Three 6 Mafia all never charted beyond their albums' lead singles as lead artists, but they charted with other singles as featured artists.

Sean Kingston is the best example I can think of for me. Usually his lead singles are decent enough to chart, then he goes crap for the rest.

The only example I can think of at the moment for my The Max 100 chart is Sarah Slean with 'Get Home'. A #1 single from The Baroness in 2008.
Although to be fair, there were no other singles released from it.
Hmm... interesting topic though. I wish I kept track of albums that songs were released from on my chart records so I could actually easily check.
