"Believe", "Hung Up", "Irreplaceable" and "Apologize" are all left out for previously winning these. 2003 is also excluded as the Globalchart was on hiatus at the time (but its #1, "Beautiful" had already won so it would still be excluded). 2004 had 2 #1's due to the 2 charts that eventually consolidated: "My Immortal" reached #1 on Charts Central's Globalchart the week before it attained the same position on the M4B Top 50, where "It's My Life" remained for one last week.

Next week, 2006 and 2007 become options again, as I add "Stickwitu" and "Say It Right".
