jajaja good one!
I have had a few, but only because they never charted again beyond their only appearance that awarded them the number one position.
But all the rest have had othe songs that prevent them from achieving this glorious recognition.

The only one to ever do this (and thats not a one-hit wonder) is Laura Pausini. She went to #1 with "The Extra Mile" and "Surrender" and has no other songs that charted.

The White Stripes would've done this if "Blue Orchid" didn't peak at #2.

hmm.. Well, all of Pink & Rihanna's official singles have gone to #1 on my chart. But the random tracks I've charted haven't. lol Other than that, I don't have any artist that have always gone #1.

Martina Sorbara. But there are a few "ifs".
She's had 10 hits on my MT40 chart. ALL went to #1 -IF you don't count Christmas/Holiday songs. I don't usually but at the same time, I know it's cheating not to. She had one holiday song peak at #11. -AND she's had a few non-#1 Top 10 hits as the lead singer from Dragonette. Technically, this doesn't really matter though but at the same time, worth mentioning.

It's not tricky it's just that it's never happened.

So far, Katy Perry has done this with her first 2 singles... but I expect her to miss #1 sometime soon.

None. Never. Ever.
Even the Beatles didn't do it (on my charts). I've never let a favorite artist effect what is on my 'song' charts. Otherwise you'd see the my top 30 still be dominated by Frank Zappa, The Kinks, Todd Rundgren, Genesis, ELP, Yes, Pink Floyd, The Who and the Beatles, for 44 years.
Of course, I don't know how you would really track it today, since 'nothing and everything' is a single, thanks to digital downloads. At least in the past just about everybody had songs that were released as singles, that may not have charted nationally, and may have been played locally, so they would be one hit wonders to many, but to you, they had multipal hits.
Rarely did any one only have record released/recorded.

Only one artist with more than one hit has never charted lower than #1 - Janet Jackson had a #1 in 2006 with "So Excited" and then again this year with "Feedback".

Feist just set the record. Her song I Feel It All hit #1 for 2 weeks, and this week she keeps #1 with Honey Honey.

I only have two that aren't one hit wonders, they had two songs each. Daniel Powter with Bad Day and Free Loop, and Busted with What I Go To School For and Who's David. The Fray had three charting singles for three #1's, but Never Say Never has now entered my top 50, and is unlikely to make the top spot, so their run is over.

I have never had an artist whose every hit has gone to #1, with the exception of those artists who have hit #1 and never charted again. They are:
The Similou, "All This Love" (October 28, 2006) Mason, "Perfect Exceeder" (with Princess Superstar) (September 29, 2007) Princess Superstar, "Perfect Exceeder" (with Mason) (September 29, 2007) Sharleen Spiteri, "All The Times I Cried" (October 25, 2008) Wynter Gordon, "Sugar" (with Flo-Rida) (June 27, 2009) JJ Fad, "Push It Fergasonic" (with Fergie and Salt 'N Pepa) (August 8, 2009) Priscilla Renea, "Dollhouse" (October 24, 2009)
All of the above songs were only at #1 for a single week, with the exception of "Push It Fergasonic", which lasted for nine weeks.
