Yay! Round 3 is done! In order to keep things from happening as they did in this round as far as taking too long to receive votes, I'll be instituting a new rule at the beginning of the next round. But you'll find out more about that at the beginning of Round 4. I have your Round 3 results right here. First, let's reveal who submitted each of the songs last round: Song 1 was John's choice, "Finally Back Together" by Ben Broomfield Song 2 was Gerardo's choice, "This Is Me" by Faith Hill Song 3 was Joel's choice, "Goodbye Mary" by Oliver Haze Song 4 was Ari's choice, "Same Size Feet" by Stereophonics Song 5 was Adam's choice, "Bad Habits" by Michael Tolcher Song 6 was Kworb's choice, "Tears From The Moon" by Conjure One featuring Sinead O'Connor Song 7 was Mike's choice, "Somebody's Arms" by Sarah Slean Song 8 was Bryan's choice, "Blue" by Chantal Kreviazuk Song 9 was Jay's choice, "See You" by Shaun Groves The race for the top spot was a close one as was the race to stay out of last place. The person who's song was voted last place only lost by ONE point. 1. Gerardo - 26 points 2. Adam - 31 points 3. Jay - 37 points 4. Joel - 38 points 5. Mike - 40 points 6. Ari - 46 points 7. Kworb - 47 points 8. John - 52 points 9. Bryan - 53 points Congratulations are in order for Gerardo as he nabs first place, rebounding from his tie for 7th place last round! Unfortunately, that means Bryan has been eliminated. Sorry Bryan! His song was ranked the lowest overall for Round 3, clocking in with 4 last place rankings. But Bryan also received 2 first place rankings as well. For this round, Gerardo received 3 first place rankings. Adam & Mike got 2 first place rankings each. Jay got 1 first place ranking. Bryan, you may now go join Dan in the jury house. The two of you may continue to vote in future rounds if you wish As for the rest of you... Congratulations for advancing! You may now begin sending me your song choices for Round 4. Please get them to me as soon as possible.

Ben Broomfield is actually a guy who was performing outside Jackson's Restaurant in Ft Lauderdale and this was the single he was selling. Sum it up, local unknown. (I hope someboyd liked it!) Ouch! To close for comfort!

I also ranked Chantal first but I also lost with a Chantal song in the last game. I don't think 'Blue' was the ideal choice tho.

I decided to take a risk in the 3rd round, and look what happened. "Blue" is probably one of my favourite album tracks from her, which is why I picked it. Anyways, best of luck to everyone!

"Blue" is probably one of my favourite album tracks from her, which is why I picked it. I love 'Blue' too but it's not exactly pop-music-fan friendly. If I had to choose an album track from that CD, it woulda been 'Little Things'.

This is getting really annoying! How long does it take to choose a song? and then submit it? EVEN if you're on dial up like me, you can do it in an hour! Submit your damn songs!!!

Some people have things to do and I'm sure the contest isn't among their Top 5 list of things to do in order of priority. Calm down. If you're that bored, get a job.

I haven't done it, and I'm not gonna start to talk about my life, but please don't suppose I sit here all day long refreshing the page in hope someone replies. If people signed for this game, they should be aware that others are playing and they should be quick to not slow the game down. It's as if you (in real life) sign to do a practice of football every monday or something. You, of course, have a life to take care of, but if you don't show up for the practice, don't expect everyone to understand it, you signed because you committed to be there every monday, you were aware of the thing you have to do, and thought you would have the time. It's the same thing here, it's like going to random message boards and signing up for online games like this, only to check back once in a while, not really committed to the game. *calms down*

I still need songs from two of the contestants in the game. You guys know who you are. I know everyone has important things going on in their lives...which would obviously take precedence over something online. But please get your songs to me soon. Thanks!
