Anyone watching this? Apprentice' Contestant and Millionaire Chris Shelton Arrested on Disorderly Conduct Charge TAMPA, Fla. Apr 11, 2005 — Real estate millionaire Chris Shelton, a contestant on NBC's "The Apprentice," was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. Shelton, 22, one of six remaining contestants competing for a job with Donald Trump, was taken into custody early Sunday at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. He was released after posting $250 bail. A tribal police officer said he heard a noisy Shelton in the hotel lobby and asked him twice to calm down before arresting him, said Seminole police spokesman Gary Bitner. "He was loud and he just wouldn't calm down," Bitner said. Shelton was peeved over a $20 cover charge for the hotel bar. Shelton "was at the lobby causing a scene," the police report said. "There were several patrons in the area who were visibly shaken by his actions. After several attempts to calm Shelton, he continued to yell and curse, refusing to calm down and stop causing a scene." Shelton and some friends were staying at the hotel and celebrating his continued success on "The Apprentice," Bitner said. "We don't really have any comment," NBC spokesman Jim Dowd said. "This is clearly a private matter with Chris." All but the final episode has been taped, and it isn't known if Shelton makes it that far. a.abcnews.com/images/Enterta...9004111418.jpegThis 2004 photo from NBC shows Chris Shelton, a contestant on NBC's "The Apprentice," who was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. I've been watching all season. I can't believe that Chris has lasted as long as he has. He has such a temper...and has shown it constantly in front of professional people the teams have been dealing with during each of the tasks. He's been lucky that in each task, there's been someone who has messed up worse than he has. There are a couple of people left in the competition who I think are "okay." But the only person who really impresses me enogh to actually be The Apprentice this season is Tana. We'll see what happens, though.

I'm still baffled as to how Chris is still in the game. He is outright awful. Tana seems to be the clear winner so far. We still haven't seen much of Craig. I don't get Trump's lovefest for Alex. He's good, but he's not that good. On the last task, it seemed as though he didn't do much either as the PM. I wanted Erin to go all the way because she was very good. It's too bad her mouth got the best of her. I liked her smartass remarks every now and then.

I've been watching as well. Neither Alex nor Bren has really shown much, despite their wins as project manager (I don't understand Trump's love for Alex either - he never seems to give his all). I agree Tana is the frontrunner so far, and perhaps Kendra. Both have exhibited some smarts during the course of the season. I'm not sure what to think of Craig.
