Name THE new song of the moment, at least to you, and tell us why you think we should listen to it!

I think one song that is being dismissed by too many people after only a casual listen is JC Chasez's "Until Yesterday". This could be an amazing breakout song. Co-written and produced by Justin T, the song is a story that holds you right till the end. And for once, it's not a guy being dissed in a song! Very well sung too I might add, it makes the memories of 2003's Schizophrenic CD fade quickly.

Bimbo Nation is a song everyone should be charting imo. Particularly the Tonite Only remix.

"Wamp Wamp" by Clipse. A very underappreciated, yet very talented, group.

There are a lot of great songs out at the moment.
One that comes to mind is "Cursed Sleep" by Bonnie Prince Billy. That is such a great song. It is a majestic triumph of the human spirit; albeit one that’s as mournful as its name might imply. It’s something that everyone on earth can identify with.

Rick Dees - Disco Duck!!!!! Oh wait. I suppose this thread refers to current songs... Does the Crazy Frog have a new single out? Okay, seriously... If I had to choose one right now, I'd pick Mark Ronson featuring Daniel Merriweather - Stop Me One of THE most interesting records of the year. Great remake of a classic by The Smiths...and a nice job of incorporating the Supremes' classic, "You Keep Me Hangin' On." Great vocals by Daniel Merriweather. Mark Ronson will be involved with the MTV VMAs this year, working with Timbaland in the same capacity that The Raconteurs were last year. If you haven't heard "Stop Me" yet, I'm sure you'll hear it at some point during the VMAs.
