The new video tape for the Music/DVD department arrived yesterday filled with some new songs and a few (*sigh*) old ones. Here's what I'll be hearing at work for the next month:
Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24 - Trans-Siberian Orchestra
Where Were You - Urban Mystic
Lose My Breath - Destiny's Child
Let's Go - Trick Daddy feat. Twista & Lil' Jon
Backflip - Raven-Symone (was previously on the October tape)
Dare You To Move - Switchfoot
You Had Me - Joss Stone (hold over from November tape)
Fly - Hilary Duff (hold over from November tape)
Some Beach - Blake Shelton
Pain - Jimmy Eat World
Star (Pointro) - The Roots (hold over from November tape)
Used To Love You - John Legend
Senorita - Jin
Fall Behind Me - The Donnas
I'll Take That As A Yes - Phil Vassar (hold over from November tape)
Save The Last Dance For Me - Harry Connick Jr.
No Phone - Cake (hold over from November tape)
My Place - Nelly feat. Jaheim
Balla Baby - Chingy (hold over from November tape)
All in all, I'm happy with this tape. With the exception of the Blake Shelton, Switchfoot and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (which has been on all of our December tapes for the past 3 years) songs, I love or can tolerate all the other songs.
I have a question about the video for "Lose My Breath" though... The video on our tape is just a montage of clips from previous DC3/Beyonce/Kelly/Michelle solo videos. Is this the actual music video for the song or is this just something they probably put together for our video tape? I've yet to see the video for the song on a music video channel. That's why I'm wondering.
