Here's the update I get from Windows Security Alert when I try and have it fix itself: Then when I follow those instructions, I get these two: I press yes, and then: What's going on?
By the way, I didn't know whether or not to make this thread, but since last time you asked me to make different threads for different issues, I figured I wouldn't take the chance. Thanks a lot.

(*) Go to "Start" / "Run" / Type in "services.msc" / Click "OK". (*) Look for a service called "Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)"... What is the "Status", and what is the "Startup Type" set to? ^ (It's possible that "Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)" won't be listed at all, but look anyway... If it's not listed, skip the next 4 steps.) (*) Right click on "Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)". Click "Properties". (*) If the "Startup Type" is either "Manual" or "Disabled", change it to "Automatic". (*) Click "OK". (*) If the "Service Status" is "Stopped", Click "Start" and wait for the service to start. Click "OK". (*) Go to "Start" / "Run" / Type in "firewall.cpl" / Click "OK". (*) Click "On (recommended)". (*) Click "OK".
^If that doesn't solve the problem... (*) Go to "Start" / "Run" / Type in "cmd" / Click "OK" . (*) In the black command prompt window, Type in "Rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection Ndi-Steelhead 132 %windir%\inf\netrass.inf" and then press ENTER. (Make sure that you've typed in everything correctly before you press enter.) (*) Restart your computer. (*) Go to "Start" / "Run" / Type in "cmd" / Click "OK" . (*) In the command prompt window, Type in "Netsh firewall reset" and then press ENTER. (*) Go to "Start" / "Run" / Type in "firewall.cpl" / Click "OK". (*) Click "On (recommended)". (*) Click "OK".
Yeah, I prefer that... Otherwise, it can get too confusing.
