I've noticed a lot of people putting together sound clips for guessing games and stuff lately, but I don't know what program to use to do it myself. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've tried it out now. It gives me some errors, but its probably my computer since it doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

Thats what I've been using...but it takes a while to load songs. I guess its worth the wait, cause its certainly better than GoldWave.
