It's called "SurfSideKick" and I can't get it off my computer. It says "Ssk.exe" from this cannot be deleted, and I'm stuck wondering what to do. Can somebody help?

I might be able to... do you have ad-aware? if yes, then have you run a scan in safe mode?

I do not have Ad-Aware. I had problems with it the last time I used it.

I had problems with it the last time I used it. this is the best out there so I suggest re installing it Ad-Aware Download (Left Click)(Don't save target as)Also updating the definitions. If you are having problems running this program let me know the error that you are getting.

There is also microsoft's free Anti-Spyware. Its also quite effective. Go to "Popular Downloads". Good luck! www.microsoft.com/

You guys, I actually have "Spybot - Search & Destroy" on my computer. I just ran it and found out I had a ton of crap on my computer. So hopefully this was part of that and it will all get destroyed. I'll update you.

I'll update you. spybot is pretty good but ad-aware is better. I still say do a ad-aware in safemode. If you still do not want to do ad-aware in safe mode run spybot in safemode and then restart you computer normally and see if the file is still in the folder. If it is restart you computer again in safe-mode and then manually delete it. I didn't recommend this first because most of the time these ad-aware or spyware files also put entries in the registry that would take awhile for you to delete them all thats why I recommend ad-aware because it searches everything not just the known locations like S&D.
