I use Dreamweaver, FrontPage, and TextPad mostly...
Dreamweaver - Excellent editor. Has tons of cool features! A little harder to use than FrontPage but, at least it doesn't make a mess codewise. No spell check though.
FrontPage - A little bit code-heavy. But, very fast and easy to use. Pages made with FrontPage tend not to work well with Netscape/Mozilla or Opera.
FrontPage Express - Not even half as good as FrontPage but, still pretty decent for a freeware program.
TextPad - Colors code... makes it a little easier to work with.
Word, Excel, and/or Publisher - Still, too code-heavy for me. Puts in too much unnecessary code.
Netscape/Mozilla Composer - Decent editor. The newer versions can now do layering just like FrontPage... so that's pretty cool! And, the best part of all is that's it's free!

Netscape Composer
Is there an HTML editor with Mozilla Firefox? Because I can't find it if there is one.

I used to use Notepad to do my basic sites, but I have a blogger now, so I use that.

Notepad usually.
Though sometimes I write programs to generate HTML pages, like for my chart.

I just work from scratch and write everything in Notepad and then copy/paste to Geocities or whatever I'm using. I got no time for HTML editors and creating programs.

Though I haven't done one in ages, I've always used TextPad to create WebPages. Raw HTML code is much easier for me than those complicated web page "composers." I had FrontPage on one of my old computers, but I never learned how to use it.
