I had high hopes for this song back in 1998, but didn't do much nationally. This was one of the most played songs in Miami at the time. #2 peak on my chart. Love it to this day!!!!!

After all of Gloria's 80's and early 90's success, I had such high hopes for the whole 'Gloria!' album, and neither this, nor any of the other singles did much for me.
I wish Gloria would re-release "Conga."

I got the casette single for this back in 1998 when it was first released, and I still have it!
