Please post any comments you have here. Thanks! Bill, once again a great commentary ;D It was great AT LONG DAMN LAST to be able to read that "Lola's Theme" made it onto the Globalchart I find it a cruel twist of fate, however, that this "event" happens in the same week that "Lola" lost her bullet after 9 weeks on my chart! Maybe I should start yanking bullets on other songs I want to see listed on Globalchart Regarding your suggestion that between DC and BS only one of them will last, you are spot on, Johnny! I predict that in six weeks BS will have peaked (if it makes it that long), but DC is here until the new year at least! ;D

Excellent commentary Bill To also comment on your DC3-Britney comparison, it's very obvious "Lose My Breath" will be the bigger hit. DC3 has been so anticipated while not many people knew this was a new "album" single from Britney b/c Toxic and Everytime were hits this year. I think Britney will definitely be in the top 10 for a while, but DC3 will hit #1.

Great commentary! And I hope it is "Lose My Breath" that can win the battle for #1. I like what you said about Alanis - "There seems to be a lot of contributor support behind this latest effort"... one in particular here you're trying to talk about?

I was looking at the chart history for Shania Twain and I'm surprised that "Up!" never dented the top 40!

I was looking at the chart history for Shania Twain and I'm surprised that "Up!" never dented the top 40! It might have fallen between 'the gap' - when I closed the Globalchart for 9 months until Sept 2003, but before the M4B Top 50 premiered in May 2003.
