Hi guys, how are you? YOU BETTER BE GOOD Anywho on to the chart then Emily breaks longest running number one record, Marianas Trench looks at the topwww.freewebs.com/justin40OMG a new record is set by Emily this week ;D She officialy becomes the song with the longest running number one ever, at 7 weeks. Previously, this was held by Dixie Chicks and Jack Johnson at 6 weeks a piece. Meanwhile, the Killers hold at number two. The Killers are at a make or break time, if they don't rise to the top next week, chances are they won't ever get there. Marianas Trench move up to number 3, and if succesful at gaining number one, will be the second artist from Chad Krouger's record label 604 records to get number one, following the Armchair Cynics. In the land of debuts, we have four this week. The highest is Blondie singer Debbie Harry teaming up with Moby on "New York, New York," which opens at 32. Metric climbs on board at 33 with "Ending Start," a song I just feel like charting . Other debuts come from Naomi Streimer and Santana (38) and The Fray (40). Well that's it for me, see you next week!

Pfft, I so knew Emily'd break the record, and HOPEFULLY will be there up top for another long time. ;D Nice moves for MCR, Stefy, U2 and Green Day, Melissa Etheridge, Billy Talent, Snow Patrol with Martha Wainwright, and MB as well. Ahem, nice debuts - especially The Fray and Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetric.

Awesome to see that Emily Haines breaks the record. Fully deserving. Also outstanding to see The Killers, My Chemical Romance, Evanescence, and The Hip looking incredibly strong in the top 10.
Good showings elsewhere for Panic! At The Disco, John Mayer, Snow Patrol, and Audioslave. And great debuts for The Fray, and couldn't get enough Emily eh? Nice to see another album cut for Metric on board!
