Oh dear. Someone actually found a way to make ripping off Katy Perry worse than Katy Perry.
Trash.

Mike, just wondering, but how fast did Kanye have a lot of #1's on your chart? Kanye had 8 #1s between September 2005 and October 2010. In the time it took Nicki Minaj to get her 9 #1s, Kanye was only up to his 3rd. On a related note, I'm surprised Jess didn't make an "EWW NICKI MINAJ" comment.

Which artists have managed to accumulate a large number of #1 hits in such a short span of time on your chart?
On mine, Eminem's last 11 of his 14 #1s were earned over a 27-month span, starting with "Crack A Bottle" in January 2009 and concluding with "Space Bound" in March 2011.
More impressively, Nicki Minaj has racked up 9 #1s in 17 months (1 year, 5 months), earning her first #1 with "I Get Crazy" in December 2009 and scoring her ninth chart-topper this week with "Super Bass". She's already tied for third most #1s on my chart. By comparison, out of the other three artists to have the same or more #1s than her, Eminem's first #1 was in October 2004 and his ninth was in May 2010, Lil Wayne's first was April 2008 and his ninth was January 2011, and 50 Cent's first was December 2004 and his ninth was January 2009.

Can't go out of my way to do a list like that, but I've had three British acts reach #1 on my chart, Amy Winehouse (Rehab), M.I.A. (Paper Planes), and Sugababes (Get Sexy).

Tried to like this, because I liked some of his others that were released in the UK, but this doesn't do it for me. Trash.
