It was a good idea to pay tribute to Chris (though I do question Vicky's intentions in all this), but I understand why he felt that way - the three of them together, without Chris, just feels incomplete. I understand why they decided to retire the Soundgarden name and just leave Chris's legacy with them intact.

Another thing I want to add to it is that I think the tribute would've been more genuine if it was in Seattle instead of LA and had more rock bands, especially from the Seattle grunge scene there, and less people like Miley Cyrus, Maroon 5, Imagine Dragons, etc. Just feels like it was more of a money grab from Vicky than a heartfelt tribute and that's really shitty. He deserves better.
