5. Jason Derulo feat. Nicki Minaj & Ty Dolla $ign - SwallaThere are many artists who could be considered both among my best AND my worst of the 2010's due to their inconsistency. Many of them are split along different eras, with the likes of Maroon 5 and Selena Gomez conveniently cut off by their greatest hits albums covering the period where I enjoyed their music, while releasing mostly crap afterwards. That isn't the case for Jason Derulo though. Unlike other artists, Jason Derulo has had both good and bad throughout his career - indeed, one single can go top 15, the next will fail to chart at all, then all of a sudden he has a hit for me again! You already heard me rant about him earlier with "Wiggle", now for "Swalla" - which was my #1 worst of 2017 - here's what I said then: I still stand by what I said there - way too much sexual innuendo, gross cover art, and the song overall induces headaches in me. Indeed, "Swalla" beats out all the listed songs there - and indeed, beats out everything else from the decade - aside from 4 even worse crapfests!

I love that three of your "shart-ists" collab'd on this one $hit track. Laughing that a certain "DJ' and a 'Lil' artist seem to be well in the botton 5

I love that three of your "shart-ists" collab'd on this one $hit track. Laughing that a certain "DJ' and a 'Lil' artist seem to be well in the botton 5 You knew they'd be up there... now you know they're #4 4. DJ Snake & Lil' Jon - Turn Down For WhatWhere do I begin here? I've always hated Lil' Jon's screeching voice, as well as his crunk beats... he was basically the definition of "music that gave Bryan headaches in the 2000's" - indeed, "Get Low" was my second most hated song of the 2000's. I was hoping that, with the rise of a new set of pop icons and EDM DJ's in the late 2000's that the days of Lil' Jon were over... sadly, he jumped on it and teamed up with the then-unknown DJ Snake, and it became a huge hit. The beat is, much like many other songs in this list, annoying and repetitive. And Lil' Jon's vocals are very repetitive too - all he shouts in this one are "Fire up that loud", "another round of shots" and "turn down for what". Combine all this, and he continued to give me headaches into the 2010's. So never underestimate my hate for this annoying rapper from Atlanta... and since then, this DJ from France as well. DJ Snake has struggled for me and almost never makes my chart, and has had other hated songs for me... but alas, none compare to my hate for "Turn Down For What". As much as I hate this, there were actually three songs I found that were worse!

I'm glad you knew what Lil Jon was shouting in that, because all I could understand was the title!

I love Turn Down For What But agreed on Derulo - wide difference between best and worst songs imo

3. Rihanna featuring Chris Brown - Birthday CakeLet me just start by saying that this would've been annoying and repetitive no matter what - the "cake cake cake" hook is enough to give me a headache. But that, combined with the song's backstory, have attributed to becoming my third most hated song of all time. Basically, given the backstory... this song should've never existed. But its reason for release was absolutely revolting - it brought Rihfund back with her ex, the WOMAN BEATER Chris Brown. First up, she should've stayed far away from that WOMAN BEATER. He nearly KILLED her. (Once again, the police report is readily available... read it if you have the stomach for it. You'll never see the WOMAN BEATER the same way again). But what makes it worse? It's a sex song between an abuse victim and her WOMAN BEATER. That sends a terrible message to her fans that getting back with the WOMAN BEATER for naughtiness is ok! Not cool, Rihfund. Not cool at all. Note to Rihfund, when a WOMAN BEATER nearly kills you, you STAY AWAY. You don't make sexual innuendo with the WOMAN BEATER.I will NEVER forgive the WOMAN BEATER for what he did - indeed, he has been banned from my chart for the past 11 years and I will never give any songs by the WOMAN BEATER a chance ever again. But while he's a disgusting and vile human being... this song just takes it to new levels of setting a bad example, and I lost respect for Rihfund for doing a song like this with her WOMAN BEATER.

Birthday Cake was, indeed, horrific. I didn't give it enough of a listen to even know it was about that, but geeez, that's shocking. Sadly, I've known of quite a few female friends who have returned to abusive WOMAN BEATER'S and I just wish they had so much more self-respect. Thankfully a close friend has thrown her's to the curb for a second time now and I have faith for the best.
WHO could possibly top this??

So here they are... my top 2 worst songs of the 2010's! My worst song of 2015 vs. my worst song of 2016... who will come out on top? 2. Silento - Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)When I declared this my worst of 2015, here's what I had to say: I feel "songs" like this, which are typical of the annoying one-hit wonder viral mumble rap "songs" that seem to dominate these days due to annoying memes, have really ruined the mainstream music scene. Thankfully, many of them I managed to avoid completely... but this one I just remember HOW awful and repetitive it was! It just stuck in my head for being THAT bad. I knew it had to rank high on my decade-end worst list... and here it ranks as #2. And you know you HAVE to have a crappy song to be worse than this! Which brings us to... 1. Fergie - MILF $As the single cover is pornographic, I decided to hide it behind spoiler tags to save your eyesBack in 2016 I declared this as my worst song of the year... and here is what I had to say: Basically, I said that Fergie was, much like JessieLou describes her as, a porn star pretending to be a pop star. And this just took it up to 11! It's like she heard Nicki Minaj's "Stupid Hoe" and decided to out-stupid it... and she succeeded as it. I always knew this would suck, but had no idea that it would be my worst song of the entire decade... and that's exactly what happened here!

Bravo to Fugly for taking it out! I got that... you got that...
Yeah. No. Just no.
How the f*ck she went from 'Big Girls Don't Cry' and 'Clumsy' to THIS is just absolutely stunning to me. Like WT-actual-F?!? Talk about opposite ends of the spectrum.
As for Silento - he should just remove the 'o' from the end of his name and take note.
