Iggy Azalea feat. Kash Doll - "F*ck It Up" (17 weeks, Peak #2)
Iggy's third and highest entry in my 2019 was this complete surprise. Normally rap combined with an f-bomb in the title wouldn't go anywhere near my chart, so cue my surprise that this one did surprisingly well for me this year, peaking all the way at #2 and only recently departing my chart after 4 months. I thought these two worked surprisingly well together.

Tyler Shaw - "The Man Who Let Her Go" (20 weeks*, Peak #1 (2 weeks)
The highest, and lone, Chinese entrant (although, technically Canadian) to my countdown goes to Tyler Shaw with this incredible track that I could not and still can't get out of my head after each listen, spending 2 weeks in my #1 spot, and still currently hovering in my Top 100 to date.
8
Thomas Rhett - "Look What God Gave Her" (24 weeks, Peak #1)
Thomas Rhett takes out my 4th-highest country song on my year-end countdown, making the top 8 an even mix. This was a catchy, catchy track and his most successful single on my chart so far, going all the way to the top, and an impressive result for his only entry in a year-end chart!
7
Ava Max - "So Am I" (14 weeks, Peak #1)
After having "Sweet But Psycho" appear on TWO of my year-end charts, Ava followed it up with this single, and her consecutive #1 hit for me! Naturally, this is Ava's highest entry.
6
Kacey Musgraves - "Rainbow" (18 weeks, Peak #1)
Taking out the bronze medal for both the USA and favourite country song in 2019, I was absolutely loving this song from Kacey. Her voice is just divine, and I can totally see/hear why she won 'Album Of The Year' at the GRAMMY's. Kacey also appeared on last year's Year-end countdown at #6 as well with "High Horse"!
TOP 5!

R3HAB feat. Icona Pop - "This Is How We Party" (22 weeks, Peak #3)
The lowest-peaking song in my Top 10 makes it all the way to the year-end Top 5 with a COVER song from a track that I was obsessed with in the... was it late 90's? Who remembers S.O.A.P.? So when I heard this, my nostalgia was like, "Oh YES!" haha, so much so that it stuck around for almost 5 months.
That's it for The Netherlands, meaning only Australia, USA and Canada remain...

Carly Rae Jepsen - "Now That I Found You" (20 weeks, Peak #1)
And here's Canada! Naturally, it goes to Carly Rae Jepsen, because when I think of incredible pop music, my mind usually goes to Carly Rae. I'm disappointed that I didn't get to see her at her first Australian tour this year, but I did see videos that friends took haha. Anyway, this particular track was another really catchy one from her, and the music video was just adorable to go along with it. She may not have taken out the Year-End #1 again for me, but she's taken home the gold for Canada yet again!
3
Miranda Lambert - "It All Comes Out In The Wash" (23 weeks*, peak #1 (3 weeks)
Taking out the silver medal for the USA, and also for country songs, is Miranda Lambert! What an album this was for her this year. I think I must have charted 4 or 5 songs from it, and she's the only artist in 2019 to have two songs hit #1. This however was the far more successful and stuck around a lot longer in points contention, and ends up with a #3 year-end, giving her the most successful song for me to date! What an awesome, uplifting track telling me that not everything has to be as bad as it seems.
2
Cassadee Pope - "If My Heart Had A Heart" (27 weeks, Peak #1 (4 weeks)
And here is my highest gold-winning-U.S. and country entry, it's from Cassadee Pope, taking out the silver over-all! Last year, she appeared at #29 on my year-end countdown with the most successful song on the M4BCC country globalchart to date, "One More Red Light", which was at a year-end #29 for me. This year she's all the way up at #2!!! 27 massive weeks, an entire month of them at the top. There had to be a damn impressive track to beat this one...
drumroll please....
1
Kylie Minogue - "New York City" (19 weeks, Peak #1 (7 weeks)
No stranger to #1 hits on my chart, Kylie "did it again" with this catchy dance track, this time with her ode to the Big Apple! Ironically, the only time the U.S. has taken an interest in her has been on the Billboard dance tracks chart a few times
Kylie appeared at #8 on last year's Year-end chart with "Stop Me From Falling".
Congrats to Kylie on taking out my year-end #1 for 2019!
Thanks for tuning in!
